Use the big head guys. If your brain tells you to wrap it up, then do it.
That's the thing. The decision to wrap can't be made on physical appearance. My problem originated with Dani, who in my opinion is one of the better looking girls out there. Even for BBBJ, do the smart thing and ALWAYS wrap. My $0.02

Dude why would I lie
You know I was with you until this part. WTF is the ER going to do for you except tell you to go home and wash your dick and come back if you develop problems. Not to mention that you're concerned the dude at the Vic has your info but not concerned that the whole ER knows you just got done banging a hooker without a jacket and came down with a bad case of paranoia?
Senior or not, I got to call BS on at least 50% of this post. Too much incongruent reasoning going on for me.
First off if you get there with in 24 hours they give you a shot that suppresses aids. Second your medical information is confidential. Yes it is I work in the medical field.
Lastly you don't have to say working girl you just say you had unprotected sex.

HIV PEP protocols.

With a strangerl
Actually, because the effectiveness of PEP for non-occupational exposure is unknown, the CDC recommends PEP only for non-occupational exposure when the other person is known HIV positive OR high risk. (Occupational exposure is a health-care worker exposed via blood, needle-stick etc. Non-occupational is use of injected drugs, having sex, etc.). Having sex with a prostitute is high-risk. Having sex (even unprotected) with a random girl is not, and most ERs won't start PEP if that is your story. The guidline for time from exposure to starting PEP is 72 hours, not 24.
PEP is not just a shot; it's a mix of drugs, can be injected or oral, and is given multiple times a day over a course of 28 days. They are the same kinds of drugs used to suppress the virus in infected people, at high doses. PEP is not a magic shot. About 40% of people on PEP have to stop early because the side effects are severe. Once you are on PEP, the test window expands (due to the drugs' suppression effects). It will take at least six months after PEP is over to be sure it worked.
As to other STDs that are treatable by one shot. Those are antibiotics for bacterial infection (syph, gonorrhea, chlamydia). Most places won't give them until you show symptoms, typically several days to a couple weeks later. Many won't give them until you test positive (10 to 90 days) for the disease. Indiscriminate use of antibiotics causes antibiotic-resistance and gives us wonderful things like MRSA and drug resistant gonorrhea.

Ok
The doc there told me 24 hours. Since I work in a HIPAA compliance department I did tell them what happened exactly. My suggestion for saying it was a casual sex partner was off the hip so I did not know it would work or not. Anyway I got a shot and a shit load of pills and I am waiting until 6 months to get tested.

Last year I was evicting a homeless drug attic from a property down town detriot when he stabbed me with his dirty neaddle I had to take 28 days of meds that made me so sick I could not leave the house. 6 months of blood tests to find out if I was safe. That being said Aids Is very hard to contract even if the person is tested positive, your biggest concern is hepatitis A, B, &C. A is not so bad some meds and your clear C on the other hand will never go away! So wrap it up boys. Be safe and have fun.

Fatima again
Cruised the R a bit tonight, nothing much moving. Maybe because there were more uncles around tonight than there have been lately. I made a couple of passes and gave it a rest for a couple hours.
Back out later, again not much happening. Saw Fatima down by 6, and came around and scooped. She remembered being together once before, so she was relaxed and in a good mood. Did half and half for. 4. She is an excellent provider, good looks and good service. Excellent oral with DT, and nice clean and tight giner. Definitely would repeat, in fact the only reason I go that far south is to look for her.
Said she had a phone but got robbed by a 13 year old with a gun two days ago. She also said there was a raid in the neighborhood, with lots of uncles, and the vibe from that pretty well cleared the streets. She said she had gone in for awhile, and had come out just before I ran across her.
Stay safe out there
