And they will, then bust you before or after the date. Just read some history on this town or others; it happens. I also know some guys use shopping lots and garages. But there was a monger bust there in another town, not the D, after LE followed the guy and gal to the burb shopping center. I personally avoid car dates entirely; upscale hotels for me. And watch your 6; the only times I have been followed is when I was not watching my 6. Be safe and good hunting.

Only downside is that the girls can get spacey. But A) there's always tradeoffs and B) there were ripoffs before crack entered the scene.

This is not a SW story, so I apologize for putting it here. But I'm a long-time lurker here and had an uncle-related story that I thought some might appreciate. Not to spoil the ending, but I am one lucky SOB.

I called a few minutes before takeoff to find the location, and she says she is at the store and asks for a ride. Against my better judgment, I agree. I pick her up at a local retail establishment and head for the hotel.

She's friendly and easy to get along with, but we are quite the odd couple. I'm dressed up for work; she's very casual. FWIW, we are not of the same race, nor are we really close in age (though I am only mid-30s).

We're making a left turn from a one-way to another one-way, and LEO pops me. Oh shit. I've got an escort in my car, I have only a vague idea where we're headed, and neither of us knows each other's real name.

In the end, the cop was polite and made it quick and painless. I apparently failed to observe a no-turn-on-red sign. He only gave a warning, didn't ask who my passenger was, and didn't ask where we were headed. After I finished soiling myself, we drove off relatively unscathed and had a nice appointment.

Is what your doing safe? I replied no sir. He says I know now go home and don't let me see you out here again. Then He just pulled off and left.

My heart was beating out of my chest I couldn't believe how lucky I had gotten. Meanwhile the SW was trying to get me to find another spot and finish the deed. I told her to get the hell out of my car I'm going home. Took me a long time to get the courage to monger again.

Wednesday morning I saw an unmarked silver / beige trailblazer with regular plates that had a gentleman pulled over and outside his car on Moyes near Michigan and Martin. I couldn't make out if anyone else was involved. Cop had lights in the grill and on the rear but nothing visual.

On another note, a few weeks back my buddy and I saw a silver / beige GMC Envoy with the exact same set up. Normal plates no visual lights unless turned on. He was cruising on Southfield flashed his lights near an accident and darted down Ford Road. There's another new one calling herself Crystal with brunette hair, this one is mid twenties and quite attractive I might add. Planning on getting with it later tonight. Activity on the G has been increasing lately if only marginally. The trick to getting a good scoop on the G is being in the right place at the right time and that takes a lot of cruising around. BTW.
