If you can masturbate and last longer, it's probably mental. I find smoking a little 420 seems to make me think about it less and I last a little longer. I know antidepressants are also supposed to help control that. So if the paxil is working, maybe a little uppage in the dosage might help. Other than tapering off the Paxil/ trying another SSRI or an antidepressant with different effects like Wellbutrin I don't know of anything. Trying googling increasing semen if that's what you're going for.
Your post though brings up the idea that taking both an SSRI (that makes it hard to ejaculate - but reduces sexual performance) along with Prosac or another erectile drug might treat premature ejaculation. You need a doctor who has actually read the literature about this stuff not just anybody.
