This is one nasty sore. Recon, take a nice Sunday afternoon and do some recon. Get to know the area (try and stay off the side streets) There's not a lot of car traffic on Sundays so it's a good day to do recon. 2. In the medical world, this is what we call a Stage III ulcer which means it has traveled through the subcutaneous tissue, past the fat, and this one looks like it has bone involvement.
