She was the driver- saw her sitting in car with 3 leos circling her car- I saw all 3 of them get out of the one leo car. Next saw her out being frisked / cuffed and they were "investigating" the car.

A little bit later saw her sitting on front of her car and MAN did she have mileage on her mug- caked make-up did not hide a thing, and 2 leos were discussing the weather with her while one was sitting in their car with the Christmas lights on.

Since they were out all I did was stroll looking at the sites. Saw a platinum blonde WSW south of 7 but she was about a 5 on the scale. Saw the dark haired WSW? With the bikini top again but she was just picking up smokes at the gas station on 7.

I wouldn't admit to anything was polite and told them I chose not to speak. The threatened me with jail and I asked to call my attorney. So the backed off wrote me a ticket for he said soliciting a known prostitute and then a truck towed the other guys car and mine. The ticket daid I admitted to soliciting her and paying her but I told them nothing. So now my car is in an impound lot and I am waiting for a court date, it says 3 days before I can get my car back.

What do I do please advise

The best you might get short-term is for the lot to shorten the 3-days, but even that might need an expensive court order.

The towing / impound company is completely independent of the court system and isn't interested in working with you. Best advice I can give you is to get your car back immediately and focus on the ticket. Leaving the car there, collecting storage fees daily, while trying to convince some faceless functionary that it was all a misunderstanding is a good way to lose the vehicle altogether.

What I don't get is why they towed the car in the first place. You weren't in it, were you? Was it based completely on the girl's statements that they took the car? That sucks, and it probably is a technical violation of the statue. I thought the impound with ($900?) penalty is supposed to be a nuisance abatement program that discourages mongers from creating a public disturbance while mongering. Picking up a SW with your vehicle, riding around with the SW, and engaging in sexual activities in the car are all targeted behaviors under this statue. If I park my car around the corner from the notel, meet a SW on the sidewalk, and engage in some (consensual) criminal activities from there, does LE have the grounds to trace my registration from my I'd, drive around the neighborhood until they find my car, and tow it just because they know I was dipping my wick nearby?

If I ride the bus in for the same purpose, how far away does my car need to be for safety from seizure? You see where this goes. I thought you had to be caught in the car for this kind of penalty to apply.

Justice is too much to ask for in your situation. Reasonable treatment is out of the question.

I got a ticket 2.5 years ago; LIPIO. I went to court twice, pleaded not guilty, and on second visit cop no-showed and judge threw case out. No fines, fees, etc. But I never had a tow to handle. I suggest you plead not guilty and follow thru with that. If your charges are misdemeanor, the cop will likely no show. I also never got a lawyer, so no costs there either.

I hesitate to say, again, but this impond crap and writing tickets for nothing seems to be all too common in Detroit. That's why I stay a little north, in Pussy Heaven, where LE is very light and seems to leave mongers and girls alone. I wish you luck, HJ. MW

Back in my younger years, when I wanted to monger I hop on the dot and just walk around cass corridor or johnr. Now you can be pretty sucessful picking up a girl just standing at the corner, but if you trail behind her, she might think your stalking her for either robbery or rape. Theres been a few times I've tried it at night (2-3am) or early morning, but if your more of the caucausan persasuion then I wouldn't go on a hike on the hoe trail. The most static I got from a cop was when I was walking to the motel on first with this amazing redbone around 25 years old and the cop saw me walking with her and frisked my pockets. The excuse was she was a old class mate and I was going to try to preach to her and save her sole. It was kind of true we were both saying oh god when we got to the no-tel room.

If one cop is perfoming a arrest and see another crime you can be sure they will stop that too, it might be fightable but your first priority is to get your car out of impound, then go to court and hope the cop don't show up. I called Wayne Co Prosecutors office to get my car back they said they have no records and won't until probably Tuesday after 4 because thats how long the officer has to make his report.

2. I know I wasnt followed because I picked her up on 6 mile and I picked the motel, went in and paid and walked to the room to complete my deed.

3. They didn't see me because the asked which car was mine and I said I walked, she pointed the car out and spilled her guts and begged not to go to jail.

4. I was polite admitted to nothing and tried to call a friend that was an Atty who didn't answer.

5. I appreciate all the input I am at least not married but getting rides to work til Wed is not easy, they were just pulling over someone a black businessman in dress clothes and a black BMW with a WSW still in the car, I opend the hotel door at the wrong time and the BSW I was with ran out with her hands up in the air WTF. I still don't know what to do but wait and pay. Any other advice is greatly appreciated
