Laying the tip out on the nightstand is not a bad idea. But if you wish, you can just explain to the girl that this money is for her only if she delivers very good servce. And once again, unless it is extraordnary service, I would only put out $100.
While I stated that you need to be nice to the girls (and I'm very glad that you are), there is no need to be foolish.

Honestly, yes, you were expecting too much. The table shower is almost always clothed, and never involves the girl getting involved to that extent. There are certainly better ones than you got, but it's am unlockable room, shared by all the customers, so you do the math.
As far as the quality of the massage, that can vary greatly fr girl to girl, but these are untrained people. Their profession is not massage therapy. Much like you don't expect a HJ from a true MT, you shouldn't expect a great massage from a prostitute.
The value of an AMP rests in a few things. No question of undercover cops like with SWs. Locked doors. Not having to search like on the streets. No risk of getting robbed (well, less of one). Clean environment. Some pampering, etc. It's pricey, and can be way better than what you had. Most of your issues are things you get used to though.

Took me back and gave me a half-assed massage. Now, I go to licensed qualified massage therapists from time to time and get an excellent head to toe, make you feel completely relaxed kind of platonic massage. This girl was not even close. She rubbed a bit and what she did was OK but again, not up to my expecations. I've had girlfriends who gave much better massages.
On the roll-over, she went straight for the best parts, but in reality, I would have liked to have more of a massage as well. Not up to my expecations.

I guess I'm all about value for the money. So, it seems like I really got about 35 minutes of her time for $190. Not a good value in my book.
If what I described is what you guys call a great experience, please let me know. I'd really like to know so I don't waste my time trying to find an AMP that will be up to my expecations if none exist.

$50 - Chicken Wings and a few beers with a couple of buddies.
$50 - Half & Half with a cute SW (they do exist where I am from -- you just have to look for them and get their digits when you find them -- you guys also have cuties in Philly -- been there and done several of them).
$80 - one hour massage from a very good licensed massage therapist who does an excellent job.
$0 - shower and jacuzzi dip at home
That leaves $10 change still in my pocket and I have spent at almost a half a day on myself having a good time and relaxing instead of 45 minutes at the AMP.

I've been reading the forum's discussion on FE and shaking my head. I've always had a good time with Coco and she's always given me a good massage. People's mileage varies, obviously. Looks like the rotation has taken place, Coco seems to be gone, and it was just Candy and Mei last night. I had a nice time with Candy, she was very playful.
