Within a few years feature phones will go away and all phones will be smart phones. Minimally they will be able to get on the web with wifi in fastfood places. While it's not uncommmon for street SPs to be able to get on the web with their phone now I agree a large fraction of them can't keep a phone long enough to have more than a minimal phone. What's a minimal phone is rapidly changing though.
