They don't really want penetration; if they did they would be perusing the escort section. They want to walk in, not fill out a health form or be particularly traceable, and get a HE or what have you.
Getting a nod from the big cheese moves from anonymity to being known. Maybe I am off base, but I don't think that is the goal for most people reading these threads.

The size of your crank may or may not matter depends on the provider and what they normally provided. If your going to a place that is a sure thing then it won't matter at all. So if your going to an independent provider the experience is included in the price. However I will say if they find you attractive the menu can open up and the business like attitude can drop. Now if your going to a place that's is maybe "legit" but she likes you, you might be able to score some extras. But these type of experiences can be hard to find. Not sure if this was helpful? Small "rooms' felt like a sweat house, and absolutely no way anything past a legit is happening. I have used all three categories you mentioned above, escorts, massage girls, and AMPs. I got a little unlucky when all the massage girls I could use as references all dropped out when COVID started, which has made trying to get a session with a new massage girl annoying as bleep. Annoying enough that I have just given up trying for the time being. As for AMP vs escort, it isn't just the penetration vs not, it is also the experience. A good AMP experience with an HE is just so relaxing and, honestly, a little selfish (which can be great sometimes). With a GFE escort, to make the experience good you have to give as good as you get. And sometimes I just want to be passive, get a nice massage / rub-down, with a pleasant finish.
