Just got back from Chalmers and its pretty bustling. When I was busted in 2015, Rachel (a 'real hooker' who I had had several times previously) was suddenly all cleaned up and standing by the German restaurant just North of McNichols on that side street just off of the Are. If police just want to maximize the deterrence, being very visible is better than hiding where nobody can see them. 50 cars driving by a visible police car deters 50 drivers from picking up anyone in the area.
