But if you have a good attorney depending on the circumstances of the incident you might be able to get it dropped.

SO, I finally figured out why I was not seeing the VERIFICATION CODE emails (from EscortBabylon, ie: EscortAlligato) in my gmail account.

My Gmail account had something called CATEGORIES set up, one of which was called PROMOTIONS. (This PROMOTIONS category appears as a TAB on the INBOX screen).

I've never used it, or clicked on it before. I did click on it today though, as I was hunting on all the Gmail clickable 'buttons', and finally saw the email I've been looking for, for two days.

So, I guess it is sort of like a SPAM 'folder', except it is now referred to by Gmail as a PROMOTIONS 'category'. Mystery solved.

P.S.: I found a way to disable the PROMOTIONS category, under SETTINGS. INBOX - CUSTOMIZE. And turn on / off PROMOTIONS, SOCIAL, etc. , so now all my emails do show in the INBOX list. PROBLEM SOLVED.
