If your paying attention you can definitely tell the difference between the decoys and walkers. The decoys usually have something that gives them away nice clothes or clean, clean salon hair, nails are clean and done up, make up looks too perfect and usually they look totally out of place and if you look really good throughout the neighborhood you'll find the rest of the blue stripes all grouped up waiting to screw someone over. I've had my fair share of lessons I'm much more observant now.

My last several pickups I haven't seen any, so not seeing a cop isn't going to dissuade me.
