For a plethora of reasons but first that come to mind is when you post a dollar amount on the board and then some idiot picks her up and says. I did notice that the Telegraph Motel no longer closes the gate on the parking lot, so maybe things are back to normal there. Ginger (and I'm guessing a few others) lived at the Avon Apartments, which is now closed. I wonder what happened there?

To 5 Points and side streets block and and S.
It' s been very slow there but picking up, maybe. LE sometimes does "enforcement" days, watch out.
