I'm not going to use her name because I only know her by her real name and I don't know if she has another name. But you're right on the second part because how could they prove. Even if she's a known SW, how do they know I'm not just giving her a ride or take her to get some food because I know her. That's why I think the prosecutor's office try to add some different charges and my attorney kicked their asses and I walked out of there with nothing and no record. You're right it's a scam they just want the vehicle impound fees.

I feel good attorney will probably get that dismissed. How do I know that it was a place of illegal operation. I could have been on the street looking for a house for sale to flip or whatever reason. Anyways they don't care about that ticket they just care about impounding your vehicle and getting that money.
