I went here yesterday and there was no service other than treatment. I hurt my shoulder. They treated me and I went home feeling much better. Would definitely stay here again. They're treated really well. Their room has no door. Only cloth curtains, just two girls working, I recommend this place.

So I went here first thing this morning. I pulled in the parking lot and there was a lot of vehicles sitting there. They had the open sign on. I decided to go around the block and sit at in the line at McDonald's and then go over. While sitting in the line I see four trucks pull up and guys go in there. I'm currently sitting in the parking lot typing this. I'll try this place another day. I'm not sure the space they have in there or the amount of workers but I don't want to run the risk of sitting for a while waiting. I'll come when its less busy.

Edit. 2 more went in so 6 now that I seen go in there since I went in line and sat and ate my biscuit. I was go to take a picture of the place but want to respect the privacy of the people there. If anyone went there can you confirm if it's FS. If anyone wants to know where it is pm me.

Your correct it's by the biscuit place. But why did you post in the Wilmington area? I'm going to Asheville the weekend have been there before there are a few ok places up there.
