So I tried once again to call and no one picked up. Has anyone been to Jasmine lately?

There is one lady there that does not speak English very well. If she is alone, I don't think she will answer the phone.

I live near the Jasmine house and drive by it most days. I did not see any cars there when I went by yesterday around 1. 30 pm; have not been by there today. Will report on today's activity later.

Nothing really in walking distance. There is a place called "3rd St" that is probably closest, but still a drive. There is another on W Cary in the VCU area referred to as "Cary St". Those are the two closest to you. PM me for more info if you need it.

Went to Cary st after a disappointing time at 3rd yesterday was met by a slim lady, go to the room and pay for the hour get comfortable. She comes in wearing track pants and a top. Nothing special nothing sexy, so I didn't have much hope tho the massage itself was decent.

On the flip, it was a little negotiating and playing around, actually ended up giving her a nice little back massage for about 10 minutes as she lay there in her panties and bra, I laid down beside her. I read a newspaper article about the regulations that Chesterfield is asking the police to begin implementing. First off these are all new regulations that the board adopted in September. The regulations as written are intended to bring some management of the growth in number of parlors opening and prevent sex and minor trafficking. Essentially what the number of bills are requiring is:

1) Some structural and access standards.

2) The licensing of the parlors.

3) The registration and permitting of the providers and management.

At this time LEO is to go to the various facilities and explain the changes and assist in getting all of the paperwork initially established. There is no indication that they are to investigate and bawdy Illicit behavior.

There is good and bad to this.

Good:

It will make the managers and owners more inclined to keep their providers happy and employed thus reducing the turnover rates.

Better treatment of providers by both the management and clients.

Bad:

Parlor rates will be going up sot providers can get a larger share.

The expectations in tip could increase.

It will give LEO reason to drop in and check paperwork with out probable cause and to look for potential probable cause for later visits.

These are just a few thoughts off the top of my head. But it does clarify what the news reporting and being posted here with regards to LEO's increase activities.

My issue with Oceans is the walls that don't go to ceiling and curtains on doors. The time I was there I heard guy in next room complaining how tired he was from hiking and a woman who came in complaining about her injuries after falling. I need a little more privacy / quiet.

When I first started the AMP scene I would prefer the bonafide room with actual door. But the more and more I did it I found out even with rooms and a door, "Lonely Massage guy" could be heard talking even through that! So I've learned to block sound out.

Jessie yum yum just google search does them at certain times of year with actual nuru. Its a good time and she is reliable at private location. You will have to make reservations ahead of time but its a good time.

Then I thought about Jasmin because I think that's in Goochland. But then I saw the bad review. So any advice on where else to go? I love getting a massage but not so much that I want any police involvement.

You are getting a massage; that is why all of these places are still open. Otherwise nothing would be open.
