It's a hit or miss. Last two days I went I noticed more cars parked during the day time and no activities. I'm not worried about LEO as they're more focused on the homeless than us. When I did see someone, I don't know them and they're carrying way too much stuff for me to even want to pick them up.

Lynn is a spot not too far from here you could def see some success. Posted this review in the other areas board but it seems dead:

Went to lynn at like 2 am. Saw a couple girls on union, one was a tall spanish or light skin black chick that looked kinda decent. But most of the activity was around the speedway on liberty st.
