I was talking with a girl and she was perfectly willing to send verification pictures to prove she was real and even a short face video with a verification BUT then had a sob story about how she was trying to get subsidized housing because she lost everything in a storm and she just needed $100 for Uber fare to get there, etc. I didn't fall for it and playfully called her out on it. She responded by showing me a screenshot of her CashApp that day that was up $800 already. She has accounts all over the country and gives the same sob story and makes $25 K a month.

I know for a fact this is Bullshit. This chick is from Cookeville and her last and only SD is also a lie. She was a stripper at Midnight Express for a while. She has met with several people over the years and never for $2,000. I have chatted with her and she can be had for $250. Our schedules never did align so I didn't meet her. Her weight fluctuates from average to better than average. OP did the correct thing and forget her and move on.
