Yes. I am aware that YMMV always applies. But I was replying specifically to someone who commented that they see ads specifically listing BBFS.

I am just saying that in my experience in Atlanta there has been zero correlation between whether the ad says BBFS and whether the girl is ok with it. The bookers for these apartments will put anything in the ads and sometimes tell you anything via text to get you in the door and hope the little head takes over from there even if their promises are broken.
