Anyone know where I can get Viagra or the like without a prescription?.

I've used Roman in the past. Set up is easy. You fill out an online form, schedule a consultation with a "physician" who asks general questions, and then receive your discreet package in the mail a few days later. What I like is that the 100 mg sildenafil dose comes in a packet containing five 20 mg pills. Sometimes I can get away with only taking three or four pills; sometimes I want to take all five. No need to cut the pill and deal with wasted powdery scraps. Also, the sudden onrush causing stuffiness is mitigated by taking the individual pills over a period of time. No side effects, except, when I take all five, I get awesome morning wood.

Yes. My eyes are much more sensitive to light when I take Viagra. Nasal congestion is sometimes an issue. Just looked on the website for the national pharmacy chain I go to in Mexico. 100 mg tablets are 66 cents each. Round trip airfare to IAD to Puerto Vallarta is reasonable. $$$ and change.
