Yea, that sounds like an extreme case where they'd go through all of that just to charge you. Sounds like a nightmare, has this or something similar happened to you in the past?

I do agree that the pandemic probably has decreased the number of "casual" pull overs, and probably warrants more of a reason for safety reasons. I'm also wondering if there are COVID based guidance / directions from the county to go after these types of cases less than pre-COVID to not get caught in the political cross fires of whether county / city funding should be spent in this way.

Have not been tailed by LE as described but once after we got done with the deed and were just sitting in the car talking, LE pulls right up to us and pulls her out to question separately from me. We both agreed to stay cool and say we were just sitting and talking (actually the truth). He let her back in and told us to leave as there was 'no loitering' allowed. It was bullshit since it was public property but we were polite, answered all questions and did not cop an attitude. I also like to find long dead-end streets which I can back into so I have a full view and can see anyone coming down the street long before they get to me. That way we can dress up and sit like we are just talking, nothing worse than getting caught in the middle of the act, which is grounds for getting arrested.

Have not heard about county-specific guidance but just looking at it as I would if I were in their position, not worth risking exposure to bring someone in on these petty 'crimes'.

It is my understanding that the police are not hassling anyone on picking up a SW right now because they are not prosecuting it anymore.

Does it matter? At some point, they are going to start doing it again and you might as well practice smart shopping and do everything you can to not have an issue arise.

I've gotten lucky at literally all hours of the day on the loops. Only thing that slows them down is rain. I know ten guys will jump on and say they've gotten 10/10 girls when its raining but I've been doing this for 20 years and have no luck in the rain. Snow? No problem.

Best piece of advice I can give: Don't pick anyone up the first few times you drive a loop. This goes for each loop. You don't know the area, you're going to be looking at some ass and sticking out based on how you drive.

Drive around like normal. Don't slow down to gawk, don't speed up, just blend into traffic. Park in a high traffic area, eat a sandwich. Observe the area, where the girls walk, where the dealers are, how other people drive.

Think of it like a safari. Yeah you want to bag the lion but you don't go chasing it blind.

Once you know the area, you can drive, blend in and gawk without looking suspicious.

IMHO, Conklin is a perfect "beginners" loop. It's a straight shot, good amount of traffic to blend in, most people won't stick out driving around, there's plenty of stop signs and red lights giving you a chance to look around, and it's easy to get out of the area in a hurry and get on a highway.

Dundalk is #2 for ease. A main drag and a couple side streets.

Washington and Wilkens is the most challenging but the best odds IMHO. Larger area, more side streets, less ability to blend in, more cops. But goddamn you get some legends out there.

I absolutely agree with your advice. Many members of this forum have written reports on doing "Recon". As stated by Likkerfront and AbsoluteSavage, it is "strongly" recommended to familiarize yourself with whatever area you choose to visit. Sometimes I'll revisit areas that I haven't been thru for a while just for recon. I would also suggest to "pull over" for the "pick-up". I see far too many mongers stop in the middle of the street, probably just to beat out another monger; only to bring a "extreme amount of attention to themselves by doing this. I try to stay as "invisible" as possible if I'm on the move; but nothing is 100%; so as one of our members use to say. Always "watch your six". And if you unfortunately get pulled over; never, I mean never, admit to breaking law. Peace.

My advice is to read the numerous posts here. I wouldn't expect specific times but usually when people are going to or coming from work. Mostly you should read.

This question has been asked and answered countless times, put in the work and read the forum the info you seek is all right here. Do as one member already posted, check out the loop maps page. Then get on a loop and hunt, time of day rainy weather, snow etc doesn't really matter there is ALWAYS something out there you just need to know where to look. Good luck and post a follow up report on your findings.

LE can pull over any time for any reason they choose to give (or not) if they want you to know they are right up your arse. Technically they cannot charge you for solicitation if they only see you picking up someone but they know which streets are high in activity and they probably know all the working girls in that area. What they will try to do when they do pull you over is separate the two of you and get one of you to rat on the other or get either of you to admit to exchange of money for sex or agreement to do so. This is if they really want to nail you for whatever reason. With the pandemic, I'd be surprised if any LE would want to risk coming in contact with either of you for any period of time let alone take either of you in for solicitation / prostitution. That is not to say they would not choose to do so, just saying I think the chances are reduced in this day and age. Just IMHO.

My apologizes, you're right. It was Baltimore County, not AA. It's the same type of SUV LE that patrols this area often, they're all Baltimore County. That said, I don't think it wasn't a matter of jurisdiction.

That area is baltimore city jurisdiction. Are you sure it was AACO?

Pretty crazy situation to share, freaked me out actually. So last Friday night, around 9-10 pm I went cruising around CB / BK and found this WSW roughly 5"7 semi-thick mid-30's pretty good looking, B / C size tits and pretty face (she had pink highlights in her hair). This was next to the Children's Guild on Jeffreys and 5th. I pulled over near the sidewalk, and she hops in. While she's getting in, I noticed another SUV pull up behind me and then proceed to follow me as I continue on Jeffreys (its night so I can only see his headlights). At first I was thinking it was another monger and I got lucky and picker her up first, so he missed out and just kept going with the street, but as I turned onto 4th, I peaked in my rear view and clearing saw the AA county LE logo and he also turned on 4th and began following me and then I started to get worried. At this point, what's' going through my head is that LE clearly saw me pick her up and is actively following me, while I'm trying to tell Nikki that they're following us and she's either not believing me or doesn't care as much since she's trying to small talk me through all this LOL.

Anyway, LE follows me when I turn right on washburn, but then semi-slows down and noticed that he completely stopped following me when I passed through 5th. I was very careful to not break any laws (I. E not fully coming to a stop at stop signs) to give a legit reason to pull me over. Anyway, I was so relieved. I don't' know what happened. Not sure if he got another call for backup, or just didn't think I was worth chasing? Or if he can even pull me over for just picking her up? Anyway, I proceed to go to my spot and had an awesome time, but kept reflecting how different my night would have been if I were to actually have gotten pulled over.

Couple of questions for the veterans or legally minded folks on this forum -- Are LEs able to pull you over for just picking up someone (especially when they know you've picked up a SW)? Has anyone experienced being pulled over like this for no other reason (tail lights being out, running stop signs etc)? I'm curious to hear your experiences on this. If it's too sensitive, feel free to PM me directly and I can also share some additional info. This situation definitely freaked me out, and made me reconsider picking up dates at night where it's harder to see vehicles around you.

Anyway, for those who only cares about the actual date, her name was Nikki, and she was awesome. We went to my spot, and her attitude and performance was great. Great CBJ, and paid alot of attention to the boys when I asked her to. She has a number, and she shared it with me, I texted her couple days ago but haven't heard back yet so not sure if it actually works. She said she doesn't walk as much any more these days but have been around for a while. If I see her again, I'd repeat, though I'm probably going to steer clear of this area for a while LOL.

That area is baltimore city jurisdiction. Are you sure it was AACO?

If it was AA County LE they were out if jurisdiction. The area you were in is Baltimore City, not AA County. That might be why they didn't stop you.
