Everything about the ad smells of a scam, but the number is local. Are the scammers getting smarter or is she for real?

There was a time a bit ago when Taylorwest89 came up to Seattle and was having car / financial issues and was offering it as a once in a life time opportunity. It wasn't bad, so yes she does offer it, I don't know if it is a consistent thing or once in awhile thing.
