I would venture to say that they know their business better than you, or most any of us posting here. "Brand Loyalty" would probably be more important if Snow and her girls were begging for customers instead of beating us off with a stick as we all crowd the front door. If the constant identity changes serve to keep ANY unwanted element from approaching too closely (such as LE, jealous BF's, crazed-stalker-clients, and so on), the minor inconvenience of having only TOO many customers (versus WAY WAY too many customers) would likely offer all the benefit and motivation needed to not worry about inconveniencing what would otherwise be 'loyal' customers. In other words, the girls care about any individual customer, and more about just having a constant stream, which they seem to have without worrying about what name they go by. Too bad for us, but they really don't care! LOL!

The thing about Orlando is that it has grown out and not up. We don't have a big down town with a lot of sky scrapers, and people packed in sardine can sized apartments, just massive sub-urban sprawl.
