It's a standard system. Once you're approved you text the scheduler for the girl you want to see and date and time. The scheduler will confirm and inform you about the cancellation policy and then will text you the day of the appointment and you can ask for the hotel location. Once you park you can text for the room number. Then you go up give the money and excuse yourself to the bathroom so she can make sure it is all good and then the fun begins.
