If the phone hasn't been disconnected that's probably a good sign.

They were probably getting some heat from LEO and decided to "remodel" until it cools down, remember when Tokyo shut down for awhile?

Oddly enough, a few years ago I did some sleuthing and discovered the main phone numbers at Q and Tokyo were both owned by the same entity in another state.

I don't know if this is still the case.
