If you do your due diligence and google her email address you will see "she" has recent ads in multiple cities across the country. Tineye shows similar results. This is a scam.

If I see an ad for someone that I've not seen mentioned on the board I do a quick search like this to check first before I ask the board. Saves a lot of time.
