It looks like right now there are two girls working there. With the recent federal law, massage parlors may be the easiest "outlet" (as they were before the internet); hope they are not being harassed out of business by city government that has allowed a lot of local streets to deteriorate to Tijuana-quality but will spend money to get headlines.

I think it may be more the economics and the landlords than hassle from the City but who knows. My guess is the leases of Victoria and Oriental were up and the landlord didn't want an AMP as a tenant so it either wouldn't renew the lease or it raised the rent to an unaffordable amount.
