Your best bet is between 10 p and 2 a in ov. The pickings are slim but there are 2-3 out there nearly every night. Be careful of the supposed ts at east beach.

From what I have seen they do not discriminate at all, everyone is target to them.

I got into town yesterday around 330 pm and decided to do a loop to see if any SWs were taking advantage of higher traffic due to getting off time. Started at the Camel and went all the way down to Little Creek and back. Three LEO mobiles, no SWs, and decided to try a UTR to relive the tension. Stay warm and safe out there.
