My experience is from like 6 months ago so I'm not so much reporting to provide info as I am just sharing my thoughts. I went to QQ / Star Point, which I'd been to before and had an OK experience. I've had a couple horrible experiences, comparable to yours. I tell myself, that's it, this hobby sucks. And yet, later on, I always convince myself the next experience will be better, and then it usually is, so I'm back in.
