So its been a while since I have had a dream about the K. This last one was weird in so many ways. First to start off, I leave work pretty late so I arrive around 1:30 and start driving. I didn't even know if I really wanted to go there as I am torn all the time about it. When I get home, I feel like shit and really stupid for taking the risks in the whole process. No matter how smart I think I am about things, I keep letting my dick get me duped or get me into dumb situations. I really prefer to call dates instead of picking them up on the K. This is a myriad of dumb decisions and judgement calls.
So I start strolling for about 30 minutes and there are a bunch of girls walking around, but nothing that catches my eye. I did the whole stroll from one side of the K to the other. I usually stop at Front and then turn around. Not sure if there is usually anything off the K or not. Some nights are very slow and it would feel better to not be driving on the K itself. My car is kinda easy to identify so its risky for me. I also can't get a handle on the best areas without looking at a map!
I roll up near 7-11 and I see a really cute blond standing on the corner. She is looking at me and I am waiting at a red light across the way. Dude, this hobby forces all of us to eventually confront the "less humane" side of ourselves, likely because we become completely selfish. There have been a few situations that made me second guess what the hell I'm doing soliciting sex, some that even made me leave the game for months. I was down on the Ave last night from around 11:00 PM until 4:00AM. Did a lot of driving, but managed to avoid the heavy LE presence by using the side streets often. The level of girls working was decent--but definitely cut down by the pressure tactics of Uncle LEO.
My main reason to post is that the LE activity that I observed is, IMO, at a new all-time high and the tactics have changed. Cruised the K at around 4AM. Didn't see too much out. Saw Robyn at Front and Berks, Marie at Westmoreland, adn not sure but I thought I saw Brittney at K and Pike but by the time I looped around she was gone. Maybe she's out on early release from the pokey? In dependent varification would be appreciated. Decided to go with Marie for a car BBBJCIM spit ( all on my door might I add). The service and attitude was top notch as usual, she's skinny and not too much of a looker but that girl can suck a golf ball through a garden hose, standard tuition with a tip for good service. Had an itch I really needed to scratch on Saturday. I hooked up with Holly on the Ave. We agreed to FS and found a spot. I just can't get enough of her slinky body. On Thursday afternoon, I spotted Jen (of Picture Index and four-star fame) on Letterly St. I hadn't seen her since my earlier date with her (review quoted below). So having a date with her then was de riguer.
Everything about this date was a bit better than the earlier one. Dennis has put some effort into his house. The back bedroom was clean, neat and comfortable thanks to a window a.c. I guess late night on the K just doesn't work sometimes. I hit the K around 1am and gave up around 3am after wearing a groove up and down the street looking for something good.
I saw little Ms. Butterball for the first time. All i can say is "ewww". I would not do that!
I did pass on a couple of cuties because of how lucky I had been in the past. Whenever I get a chance to drive the K, I usually run the whole thing to see what's on the menu and then decide, but last night I should have grabbed the good ones the first time I saw them. So, for the first time I went home empty handed, but I guess it was my own fault!
Amazingly LEO doesn't seem to notice or care when you drive back and forth repeatedly. I guess if you're not breaking any laws they can't do anything about it... I dunno, but I was surprised how many times I passed LEO and I thought for sure I'd eventually get harassed. Apparently they were more interested in talking on their cell phones and hanging out at the 7-11.

I'm sure everyone knows my feelings about LEO so I won't repeat. I have to agree 100% with Z. I rode down the K on Thursday night, just going from point A to B not looking for business ( For real ) and was stopped because, and I quote "I heard your brakes squeal when you stopped at that last light, that says to me that you were going a little too fast." After about a halfhour of arguments and two more cars and the night watch Lt. showing up I was sent on my merry way sans ticket. Please fellas watch your asses out there with LEO they're out for numbers and IMHO they're pulling over anyone for any activity i.e. just rolling up and down the ave could get you "contacted".

Yet another reason to consider daytime mongering on the K. During the day there is much more civilian traffic of shoppers and commuters than after dark, and many more alibi reasons for you to be there, even if you are stopped. It takes you longer to traverse the stroll but it is a helluva lot easier to blend in. I have never, ever even once been stopped by LE during daylight hours on the Ave, even when trolling it many times over the course of a day.

Being out as long as I was I seen some funny things. Not sure who the crack head in the red shirt was but wow, how no one called an ambulance for her I dont know. But then again, neither did I so. There was another fairly sexy girl who was just completely zoned out wearing black shorts and a pink tee shirt. In the morning when she was sober I thought she was smoking hot and then as the day went on I felt like I missed a good opportunity.
There were a ton of girls out and a decent amount of 8s and 9s.

In early June, I had the misfortune of being stopped while driving the K, because--unknown to me--one of my headlights burned out. The charming Philadelphia LEO wrote me a $150 ticket. After much verbal harrassment and nonsense questions, He told me--"I know you are down here looking for a blow job, don't tell me otherwise". Actually, I was looking for FS.
Recently went to Court at 8th and Spring Garden--went through the process and had the ticket dismissed easily by showing proof that the bulb was replaced.
Since LE will use any excuse to stop you, having a lighting issue will get their attention. I guess they figure that if they give out tickets, some people won't bother to contest them and will actually pay the fine--or maybe they think you will pay just to avoid possible embarrassment.

I agree with Super on the safety and relative anonymity of daytime mongering, but the nights are more interesting. You see some weird shit from around 1am to 5am that makes this hobby even more exciting IMO. If you've never experienced it for yourself you wouldn't believe the shit that goes down on the K during those hours, also on the plus side it's really easy to find a secluded spot to park rather than pay for a hotel, on the minus you are in a crime filled neighborhood, at the wee hours in the morning, probally with your pants around your ankles, with your Johnson balls deep in some SW's mouth, not the best situation for being completely aware of your surroundings. But there are pros and cons to the daytime as well, as long as you follow the rules consistantly you should be fine either way.

Yes, pay particular heed to this point. Several years ago I picked up this very hot SW near K&A we parked on Melvale, the little street by I95, and were in the back of my truck. 3 dudes walked by, I guess saw us in the back and threw a rock threw my front passenger window. I scrambled with my pants down to jump in the drivers seat and get the hell out of there but before I even had a chance I was looking at the business end of a pistol. They roughed both me and her up, took all her money, I only had like 15 bucks left and there were pissed about that. Finally took off, I feel lucky that was all that happened.
She had to find a pay phone and call her pimp to tell him she had been robbed, I was out the money and a 250$ window. From that point on I never parked in a neighborhood street again. Also that curbed my late night activities.
Don't ever forget guys, what we are doing has many risks, LEO being one of the lesser ones when you think about things like I just described.
Sometimes I really feel it's time to get out of shit when I think about things like that.

I was bored after work so I decided to do a late night recon of the ave. It’s late night Sunday so I’m not expecting much just hoping I’ll get lucky and stumble upon something. After 2 passes and not seeing anything worthwhile I decide to call it a night, I head south planning on taking Girard Ave out of the area. Out of the corner of my eye I spot something and make my way back around to get a better look. Low and behold I spot a stunning LSW on the corner of Front and Oxford. When I say fine I mean TGTBT true fine at least a 9 on anybodies scale. I turn the corner and she hops right in, we do the LE check and off we go. I find a secluded spot of my choosing to park and negotiate a BBBJTCCIM for .3, a little higher than standard but I did I mention she was FINE. I think wow I got a winner here but boy was I wrong. I pull out Jr, she pulls her hair back and starts, she takes 3 licks of my lollipop and stops, she picks up her phone and has a heated conversation in Spanish. I’m a black guy but my Spanish is pretty good still I can’t follow the conversation what she says sounds like jibberish. She tells me that her babysitter left her 3yr old in the house by himself and wanted me to take her to her house so we could finish there. Normally I would’ve put her out of the car there but I hadn’t given up any cash and I figure I’ll take her, if I don’t like what I see I’m out oh and did I mention she was fine. She says she lives close so I take her on the way she tells me there’s nobody in the house but her kid who’s upstairs sleep and we can do the deed. We pull up in front of her house and I think I see people moving around in the front room, I wasn’t sure but what gave me pause was that she didn’t even glance over there without dismissing what I was saying. I told her thanks but no thanks and no sooner than I get the words out of my mouth she grabs my cell, a pack of cigarettes, and a portable hard drive (I thought it was in the trunk but a coworker left it on the floor of the car) and bolts for the door of the house. At this point I’ll pause to say that what I did next was the definition of stupid and only hope that others will learn from the mistakes I made, the cell phone is insured, a police report and a call to the service provider will get me a new phone in 48hrs. The hard drive didn’t have any sensitive data on it and the drive is backed up to my laptop. Thing can be replaced your life cannot.
In the heat of the moment I chase after her, I’m right on her heels when we get to the door and burst through it when she tried to close it on me. At this point I’m standing in her living room and am confronted with 3 males and her and the door locked behind me. I’m 5’8” and 200lbs, two of the guys are taller than me but rail thin, the third is my height and weight but all fat.Realizing the situation I decide to try to talk my way out of this. I said just give me back my stuff and I’ll be on my way like nothing happened, nobody has to get hurt. She gets a big grin on her face and one of the guys laugh. I’m not packing heat and at this point I figure neither are they because it would be pointed at me by now. I’m not armed but what they don’t know is I’ve been practicing martial arts for 17yrs. Out of nowhere the fat one hits me as hard as he can in the back of the head and one of the skinny ones punches me in the face. The third one tries to follow up, I trap his arm and break it just above the elbow, I then turn and deliver a RndHouseKick to fatboys head, spin and hit the skinny one with a fntsnapkick to the chest. Were it not for your martial arts skill, you may not have been able to even tell this story--the majority of people on this site would not have fared as well in that situation.
Back in December 1991--I had an episode that has stayed with me since, and I am extra careful at all times. I was on my way back from Philly (lived in NJ at the time) and had a few drinks in me--was also horny after spending time in a go-go bar. I found an incredible blonde TGTBT on a streetcorner in Trenton. I let her convince me to go back to her place. Once we got settled on the bed and I took my shoes off, I was greeted by her male friend and the barrel of his 9MM. I begged for my life, gave up whatever cash I had, and somehow got the hell out of there in one piece with my untied shoes barely on.
I have never since entertained the idea of going to anyone's place other than my own or a hotel. I probably should have been part-owner of the Patio motel for all the times I stayed there on a date.
The moral of the story--ALWAYS BE IN CONTROL.
One more lesson--NEVER keep anything in plain sight in your car that is worth stealing. Hide your cell phone in the driver's side door slots that are supposed to be used for maps. Keep only enough cash in your pocket to do the date--always hide the rest.
Be smart--be anal at all times--It can save you a lot of grief. If your instincts tell you something isn't right, bail on the situation--better to lose a few bucks than your life.

For a half a second I thought about going after her but I'm not a woman beater and the only reason I let loose on the guys is because they attacked me. If they would've just said leave I more than likely would have given the situation but I guess they felt they had the upperhand and probally wanted what I had in my pockets, plus Ricans in North Philly are known for staeling cars and chopping them up so they probally wanted that too. It is actually quite safe to walk the K during the day. The two exceptions would be the Somerset area where there are a lot of characters, druggies and dealers and the extreme southern end of the stroll around the mission. But even these areas can be negotiated safely if you are careful, aware and blend in. The difficulty is in finding a place to do the deed when you find someone. There is always the Woodshed but the rates are high ($25 for a half hour last I checked; it might even be higher now; I just avoid the place) and the conditions are filthy. There is also our favorite 10 spot house if you know where it is, but it is a healthy walk from the K. If you are a SEPTA ride from your hotel then the K is perfect because you have the EL right above you the entire stroll.
I wouldn't suggest walking the K at night unless you are seeking the kind of "adventure" that most of us wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole.

I was bored after work so I decided to do a late night recon of the ave. It’s late night Sunday so I’m not expecting much just hoping I’ll get lucky and stumble upon something. After 2 passes and not seeing anything worthwhile I decide to call it a night, I head south planning on taking Girard Ave out of the area. Out of the corner of my eye I spot something and make my way back around to get a better look. Low and behold I spot a stunning LSW on the corner of Front and Oxford. When I say fine I mean TGTBT true fine at least a 9 on anybodies scale. I turn the corner and she hops right in, we do the LE check and off we go. I find a secluded spot of my choosing to park and negotiate a BBBJTCCIM for .3, a little higher than standard but I did I mention she was FINE. I think wow I got a winner here but boy was I wrong. I pull out Jr, she pulls her hair back and starts, she takes 3 licks of my lollipop and stops, she picks up her phone and has a heated conversation in Spanish. I’m a black guy but my Spanish is pretty good still I can’t follow the conversation what she says sounds like jibberish. She tells me that her babysitter left her 3yr old in the house by himself and wanted me to take her to her house so we could finish there. Normally I would’ve put her out of the car there but I hadn’t given up any cash and I figure I’ll take her, if I don’t like what I see I’m out oh and did I mention she was fine. She says she lives close so I take her on the way she tells me there’s nobody in the house but her kid who’s upstairs sleep and we can do the deed. We pull up in front of her house and I think I see people moving around in the front room, I wasn’t sure but what gave me pause was that she didn’t even glance over there without dismissing what I was saying. I told her thanks but no thanks and no sooner than I get the words out of my mouth she grabs my cell, a pack of cigarettes, and a portable hard drive (I thought it was in the trunk but a coworker left it on the floor of the car) and bolts for the door of the house. At this point I’ll pause to say that what I did next was the definition of stupid and only hope that others will learn from the mistakes I made, the cell phone is insured, a police report and a call to the service provider will get me a new phone in 48hrs. The hard drive didn’t have any sensitive data on it and the drive is backed up to my laptop. Thing can be replaced your life cannot.

Out of nowhere the fat one hits me as hard as he can in the back of the head and one of the skinny ones punches me in the face. The third one tries to follow up, I trap his arm and break it just above the elbow, I then turn and deliver a RndHouseKick to fatboys head, spin and hit the skinny one with a fntsnapkick to the chest. I'm pretty much back to normal with the exception of a few bruises. My nose was definately broken but got checked out and no concussion thankfully. Well I'm thinking about some incidents in the past where girls have ripped off (or worse) the wrong person and days later the party involved came back for revenge. There have been a number of girls murdered in the past because they pulled stunts like this. I recall an incident years ago where a girl who lived in one of those apartments at Kensington and Westmorland invited this guy into the apartment, something happend where she ended up leaving him there and stealing his truck or something. Only to have him show back up with buddies and baseball bats, breaking into the apartment and beat her almost to death as well as few other bystanders in the apartment.
Not knowing you and knowing that you single handedly f'ed up 3 of her would be accomplices probably has her scared shitless. However my friend, seriously watch your back down there. They know your face and your car now, and may want to retaliate. I don't want to read in the paper that you were gunned down on a side street.

I believe your right and I don't plan on venturing into that area alone anytime in the near, or far for that matter future. Alot of people have gotten killed for alot less. Like I said nowadays I'm mongering at DEFCON2 if anything seems the slightest bit out of place, hurt feelings or not I'm ending the deal. Plus I've been mostly sticking to the strip club scene for my Jollies anyway, it's safer IMO and there's always the chance of getting freebies especially since I've worked the door in a few. This afternoon I was on the K for the first time in some days. I had been busy elsewhere, and besides, it was so hot. I saw at least six SWs I had not seen before. Some of them looked interesting.
I saw Michelle walking north. I parked above Ontartio St, so that I could be there as she walked by. A couple of other times, I have passed her and she seemed to look right through me as I tried to get some sign of recognition from her. Someone else has described it this way:

I did not get to follow through. I saw Deanna, whom I had not seen since the end of June, across the street. I had to go and talk with her. She had been released from jail early, to attend the memorial service for a fellow SG who had died of an o.d. She was just on her way there. We agreed to meet afterward for a date. She had picked up some weight—becoming on her—and looked quite fit and healthy.
We did meet at the appointed time, and went to her friend's house off Allegheny. It was a nice enough FS date. It seems I was the first man she has been with since before the incarceration. Her mind must have been racing. There was too much tension for this to be at its best. The only other thing out of the ordinary about it is that her finger nails had grown. Her gentle scratching definitely added to the experience. Had I been two-timing someone, the fleeting marks she made on my skin might have given me away.
Now, Deanna says confusing things about her good intentions to stay clean. At her request, I advanced her a Jack, which she gave to her friend. Before we were quite ready to end our date, it occurred to Deanna that there was something wrong about her friend taking so long to return with whatever it was he bought with the Jack. We looked at each other. Then we hurriedly got dressed and left. I no longer want for the hobby to be quite this much of an adventure. We did not discuss tarriff until we were back outside. Knowing her first days outside would be challenging, I gave her too much. `My problem, not hers.
Michelle and the six will probably keep for other days. I'll have to think over whether a return date with Deanna was the best choice I might have made today.

Hit the K on Tuesday nite @ 10 pm. Very little activity, lots of cops on foot especially at Somerset, Cambria and Huntingdon at the K. Not so very many patrol cars, but the LE presence was definitely keeping activity to a minimum. Really need to start making some day trips, but it's hard to get away from a fledgling business.
Anyway, bumped into Darlene who has a horrible new haircut, barely recognized her. Haven't seen her since the episode when we got busted by a cop who took her away and let me go with the proverbial warning.

Visited the Ave tonight and came across petite, tiny Nicole near Buckius. She was trying to get away from a couple guys she was suspicious were trying to set her up to rob and rape her. I have always been a fan of your pics and posts. Behind CJ and myself you are probably the most frequent poster of pics from SW encounters and we need more like you. Just curious what exactly you paid and for how long. This one tried to pull one on me, to make a long story short I offered .2 for a cardate BBBJCIM. She countered with an arrogent laugh and said .8 I then came back with I'll drop you off right here for free, (I think we were at Aramingo by then). She relented and did the deed for .2 but had major attitude during and after said "I charge $50 extra for CIM". I told her that we agreed to .2 and that's all she's getting, she got really huffy at that point and insisted so I told her sure but I charge $60 for rides back to the Ave (By then we were down by the river LOL) needless to say she STFU and rode back to Ontario a block from the K. I don't mind giving tips for good service or sometimes even paying a premium for the stellar lookers but IMHO this girl is a 4 at best (teeth are important for me as far as looks go) but this girl is seriously trying to get over on people. Everyone knows the prices on the Ave and her bargaining position is suspect at best I'm sticking to .2 for BJ and .4 for FS tips vary upon performance. Remember if you have to pay upfront, hold on to the tip at least to give her some incentive especially if it's your first encounter.

She did the same attitude with me, but we were already in the paid room. I made the mistake of talking prices too late. At that point, I was rushed on time. Too late to find another girl, and still make my afternoon work appointment. So I decided that I'll just bust a nut and take this up as a learning experience. Time cost vs. activity costs:
My experience with "Smiley" has me wondering. She was mentioning costs based on time, similar to what you'd find on CL, BP, and escorts. Yet, I read on this board costs based on activity for SW's. If done this way, is there a time limit for the activity? Couldn't one get into leo trouble based on the latter?

Has anyone thought of possibly renting one room, and sharing costs? Maybe have a prepaid cell phone that stays in the room to see if it is in use. This would take a little trust, but the group would prepay for three months so that the group won't be bothered with a monthly contact. Maybe have one key per shareholder. A better method might be to have a simplex type lock with numbers changing once per three months or whatever biling period we choose.
I'm thinking three months also to give an owner incentive to allow this arrangement. Thoughts?

For someone new to the game this spotting a target and then aquiring the target is the hard part and since you admitted you're new to tha arena there's a few things you need to know. First you're in the right spot, under the EL is definetely where you wanna be. For the untrained eye spotting a SW in the midst of civilians can be very difficult, but alot of times they make it easy for us by not standing near civilians, LOL. Look for the girl who's by herself, not going any particuliar place, just watching the traffic go by. If she's around a guy who suddenly dissappears when you roll up, that's just her manager, some guys like girls with managers, some don't it's personal preference. If she makes eye contact and smiles or gestures, that's a dead giveaway. Also if you think but you're not sure, excuse me miss will definitely work, don't go excuse me miss are you a hooker, however excuse me, you look familiar will get your foot in the door for convo, if she's an SW I'm sure she'll bring it up, if not no harm no foul. As far as Smiley goes IMHO you got what you paid for. 2hrs for .4 is pretty reasonable in my book. For the record I didn't drop her off in the middle of nowhere ( I was tempted) I dropped her off a block from the K, I never pick up or drop any SW on the K IMHO you do that you're asking for LE trouble.

Watch for girls watching traffic. If she keeps looking at you after what might be a check to see if your someone else, that's a good sign.
When you spot something you want to check pull over. A working girl will come over and either hop in or ask for a ride. Do not negotiate here. Drive. Then touch her. Somewhere that would get you slapped by a regular girl you just met (a civilian would want out, and an officer can't touch or be touched). She'll probably touch you back, or actively start trying to get the little head to do the thinking (so she can get a better rate) if she's a working girl. Now negotiate.
Remember the girls are trying to sell this, your trying to buy it. The smart and/or sane ones try to make it easy.

Ouch I just reread and I have to say that price is a bit excessive but I guess it's a "teachable moment". On the brightside at least you got the service you negotiated for. That being said prices for these girls are negotiable and my idea of what fair prices are might be radically different from someone elses. My advice for you in the future would be to start at .25 for FS and let her negotiate you to the .4, never pay more than .6 for street meat and always remember YOU ARE IN CONTROL. It's very rare that an SW won't accept a reasonable final offer. These girls are in a very bad bargaining position so you are the one with the upperhand when it comes down to it, my famous line is " I can drop you back off for free". I know it sounds kinda callous but it is a great negotiation tool,they know there are plenty of other SWs on the ave that will be more than happy to get your business. Also if you feel a good vibe from the girl but you feel the price is a tad steep tell her if you're satified with her service she'll get a tip, a good quality SW will work for your money, the lazy ROB won't. Glad to hear you didn't get hussled this time, sounds like you stuck to your guns and it paid off. The free date is just as imaginary as dragons or unicorns, it's just something she said to placate you, however I would rub it in every time I saw her as a bargaining chip. As far as her tip went I wouldn't put too much stock in it, you can point to any SW on the ave and 9 times out of 10 she's a drug user. If I'm not mistaken it's that building on K and Letterly or that little block past Letterly. It's a place where people down on their luck can get a hot meal or blankets, counseling, stuff like that. Almost like a shelter except as far as I know you can't live there. If I'm mistaken sorry but I'm pretty sure I'm at least on target with their function.

I've found paranoia to be a helpful trait in this hobby. Paranoia will keep you and your property safe. You have to remember alot of times we're not dealing with the creme de la creme of society. While alot of these girls wouldn't steal your stuff, alot of them would, also some of the ones who wouldn't might find the temptation to hard to resist. I'd recommend if you are gonna sleep around a girl, get a room and keep your valuables at home.

"Cop": they need to buy their drug before you go to your room---don't even think about doing this just for quick a car date, and many SW's will want you to. They can wait. Many hobbiest would argue never do it at all, and for good reason. However for extended encounters it can't be avoided. Check your gut for risk tolerance.
If you want them at their best and most passionate, you have to let them get high. They are a lot more fun when they are happy, and they are not really happy unless they are high.
If you see them pull out a stem to fire up your car: yell at them and tell to wait to you get to your room. I do marvel on just how dumb they can be

I've heard them call it Coke, Crack, Butter, Rock, Ready Rock, Readys, Teeth, Stones, Boulders, etc. I guess the name changes depending on the situation i.e. where they're from, where they're getting it from, who they hang out with. Same thing with heroin I've heard heron, dope, dogfood, zombie dust, and it's further complicated because the dealers actually give that crap brand names like midnight, nightshade, blue magic, etc. I guess what I'm saying is they all call it alot of things where I just call it one, bad news. My "Cover Your Ass" pick up routine:
I ask the sw immediately if they have any illegal items with them as soon as they get to the car. Since she is still outside of the car, I can refuse to go any further easier if they say yes. I'll say, "Sorry, no illegal items in my car, so can't offer you a ride".
If she misunderstands the question, such as thinking your out to buy or to share her stuff, I'll quickly explain, "I'm not a user, I just don't want that stuff in my car".
If they say no, then I'll ask if they want a ride. Once moving, I'll ask where they want to go. The answer gives the girl a chance to reveal if she is a working girl or a civi just wanting a ride somewhere. Her answer may be something like "Where do you want to go?" or "I have a place/room". She may get right to the point and specific asking about what kind of date you want. Here is where you need to be very careful, do the leo check before you answer!
Don't say anything incriminating or that could lead to a suspicion that your the perpetrator. If she is a leo, she is setting you up to discuss acts and money.
You can say "Officer, I don't pay for sex acts, where would you like to be dropped of at?". If she is a working girl or a leo still trying, she may reply "Honey, I'm not a leo, what would you like to do?". At this point, if she is leo, she lied, and that combined with a leo check where exposure and contact occurs would make her case very weak. If she doesn't comply with this check, such as pushing your hand away or saying something coy as "I'll show you once we set the price(or get to the room)". I'll repeat ""Officer, I don't pay for sex acts, where would you like to be dropped of at?".
You should also know that if you do get pulled over, refuse car searches by saying "I do not submit to being searched without a warrant". Do not leave the car without closing windows and locking it. Leave all items in trunk. For example, your boxed lunch leftovers or even your box of condoms. Anything where they may want to see what is inside. Don't make it easy for them! Know your rights! Even if you don't have anything to hide, don't submit!
Remember, you are innocent until proven guilty. Don't give them anything to use against you! Even if they try to say, we know your out for someone for services. Don't think, "damn, I'm caught" and say anything they want to hear. Once you admit anything, they will pursue you. You can simply reply to all questions saying "I respectfully decline to answer that question. Am I under arrest or am I free to go now?" Your not even required to tell them where you are going or why you are there.
You can chose to be somewhat revealing if they are somewhat friendly about the stop. Do at your own risk though! Such as "I'm just going to the woodshed" or "to get lunch at xxxx". Even if they ask why you picked up someone. This isn't against the law. Just reply "I just offered her a ride, am I under arrest or am I free to go now?". Even if they are cordial, be cautious, they are out to get you to admit to something.
What would strongly help your case is if you have a recording device in plain sight of the passenger. If she is a leo, she will know that your not an easy target. If she is a SW, she probably wouldn't care about the device, just make sure she doesn't steal it. In addition, you can say "Your skin is so smooth, do you like that" as you do the exposure/contact check. If she responds to your question, she won't be able to deny the contact. Since the tape would not actually show this action. If she is a leo, she will know that this is being recorded and would have no case. If you get pulled over, the leo will also know your recording the stop. This is not against the law either. If asked about the device, simply say, "I'm recording this conversation for future reference".
Another point, car dates and alleys. I was told that if caught being exposed in public, you can be placed on a sexual predator list. I recommend that you get in a private situation. Just be careful of where you go! I went to two different girls rooms. I did not feel comfortable in either one. I'd rather pay for a local room of my choice from now on. A place where I'm in control of my surroundings.

With the draconian drug laws in this state, and with common sense leaving our judicial system you could be in a situation where you have the potential of serving a long probation and possibly becoming a felon over picking up a SW. While it's embarassing in itself to be caught for a crime involving prostitution, you certainly don't want to go to court for drug charges. Even though you may win your case, you still have legal fees, damage to your reputation, and now the Police have your name on their radar. If you lose or plea out, you still have the legal fees, you'll at least be on probation, and you have the possibility of becoming a felon which is on par with being a 2nd class citizen. A felon has little to no civil rights, you can't even vote. Not to mention the difficulty in finding a job that will pay enough for you to support yourself. What I'm saying is listen to the more careful members of the forum like Super and don't put yourself in that situation even if it means someone else beats you to that hot SW.

The LE check is pointless, they can let you touch them and they can touch you. The LE check is nothing more than an urban legend. Truth is most likely the ULEO isn't going to actually get in the car with you. The LEO's M.O. is to negotiate thru the window, then tell you to pick her up aroung the corner. Guess who's waiting there. You're best bet is to offer the girl a ride then make a B line outta dodge. Never negotiate thru the window and never discuss sex or money until you're out of the area and certain you weren't followed.
The furtive moment PC. The Police on the K have pretty much thrown the rule book out of the window. If think they've got something on you, they will stop you, they will search you, and they'll figure out a reason if they get something on you. If they have nothing they'll let you go figuring that you'll let it live as a no harm, no foul. It works for them because alot of the citizens they come into contact with consider themselves lucky if they're harassed then set free.

I'm stressed about the cell phone since it means that if all of my other actions are spot on and I can still be harassed by leo just for being in that area. What if I was from out of town, not knowing it was a bad area? Hell there are a lot of bad areas of Philly, I guess I'm just a criminal for being in that town then. Some SW dress like normal folks, how was I to know she was a known criminal. After all, she might be known to leo, doesn't mean that I would know about her. Damn, since I'm Italian, I must be in the mob too! LOL Guilty by association. Just like owning a sports car means that I speed too!

Corner of K & B. She looked very much like a civi, so I didn't even think she was a sw. I was surprised when she gave the look and we nodded. In my experience alot of SWs complain about anything, point is they've gotten used to thinking that a tip is coming just because you did. You agreed to a deal, she does this and you give her that. If you feel she fulfilled her part in an average fashion then a tip is not needed, she was paid what was negotiated. However if you feel she went above and beyond what was negotiated upon, feel free to give her some extra that YOU feel is appropiate. Never feel "guilted" into giving a tip. A tip is just that extra money for extra effort.

I stopped in the Wawa on Castor Ave, near E Wyoming Ave. Got a drink and tried to call a previous pick up to no avail.

With this particular girl, the agreed rate being slightly higher than normal, I figured the tip is already included. Apparently I should be like you and others here suggest by being more aggressive when I barter for a lower rate and then tip up to what I'm willing to pay for going above and beyond.
I guess I have the commercial retail mindset (like at the mall): they set price, I agree even willing to pay higher for a higher quality item, then buy it, all cannot complain then.

.......The question is still open, are the sw we see only locals or do some travel into the K area via car? The girl Donna just got of the el when I spotted her. She comes in from the NE philly area.
I know of two who drive to the Ave then stroll, they are Karen and Sonia. I'm guessing it's not too uncommon especially if they live far from the Ave.

Since this was a very active forum, and since the same mongers often cruised both sides, they posted here about their finds in Camden. Hey there my fellow Philly Mongers,
I had some business in your city yesterday & made sure to get there early to check out the K. Since this was a very nice day out,I arrived around 10:00 a.m. & started up Front all the way up to the McDonalds. I saw a good amount of sw but was looking for a gem. Le was out in full force,not sure if this is usual for the K but they were everywhere. This put a small dent in my mongering but I continued on determine on my search.
The Huntingdon station had a few,up by the 7-11 was also a few. I saw this redhead in ponytail up by the McDonalds car dealership that I almost my the scoop but I passed. After about a good 30 min. of cruising,including some side streets I came upon my GEM.
As I was heading south on the K by the 7-11,I spot this incredibly hot-punk rockish gal with jet black hair,jeans & high heels. She had the slutty,but hot look & I made a uturn down one of the many 1 way streets hoping she would still be there on my way back.
