Guys, I took Olivia to one of the best hotels today. What to say, worst experience ever. I know she is a Streetwalker and should not expect something like backpage escorts. I have taken another girl before, it was very nice.

How do you identify them?Sometimes you have to watch for the "obvious" SW, because if they're dressed like hookers in broad daylight, odds are even that it's a LE sting operation and they're decoys. Most of the girls on the Ave aren't real obvious. However, there's a few tells. If they're at a bus stop or corner and not looking like they're waiting for a bus, they're likely SW. If you can make eye contact as you drive and they return it or smile or flirt, they're almost certainly SW. But mostly, if they look like they're a little drugged out, rail thin, anything along those lines, probably SW. If it looks too good to be true, it likely is. I'd study this forum like a motherfucker, especially the "rules for mongering. " You'll get the hang of the game like anyone else.

Hit the K this morning, when I got there at Front, there were a few girls hanging out. I rounded the block and they were gone. Cruised around a bit and picked up Kay. Arrest for patronizing are down more than 30% from the first six months of 2016. The 2017 year to date total of 301 arrests for soliciting is more than 2014,2015 and 2016 combined.
The 24th Police District leads in arrests for both soliciting and patronizing. For soliciting the 24th District had 30% of all City arrests. The 25th and 26th districts are tied for second, with the 16th District in 4th place. The 16th district is also second for patronizing, with no other districts posting significant arrests. (Unless of course it was the reader who was arrested.).

So last month the board was talking about South Philly and it got me thinking. Where do these girls go catch dates. The K can't be the only game in Philly. Long story short. I found Tia (tiny half White half Hispanic), Kat (blonde white girl), and Bella (skinny redhead) all on Broad between Snyder and Washington. Others were out too but I passed them over for the 3 mentioned. 11 pm to 1 a week days and weekends was when I was out. Hopefully this helps some of the rest of you. In my days as a hobbyist I've certainly seen a lot. I've been in fun situations, great situations, scary situations, disappointing situations, fustrations and plenty more. I was taking a cruise this morning and as I exited an infamous street off of K ave, that season mongers certainly know about, that dumps onto Lehigh there is a truck parked in the last spot on the street facing Lehigh. A quick glance over I could see a provider was seated in the passenger side leaning over busy providing. I minded my own business but as I pulled out and looked in the rearview mirror to my fascination and surprise I saw the whole front end of the truck bouncing up-and-down! I glanced again because I was so amazed at her talent and also jealous of my lucky brother. To me that seems like it might've left him a bit raw LOL!!

Be very careful looking for / finding spots like that if you are not familiar with the terrain. You could spring for $20.00 and spend an hour at the Carlyle. Or go to the Halmark Inn in Pensauken for four hours for 40 - 50. These are much safer places than your choice of locales. There are many out there guys and girls looking for those such as yourself that may not be totally aware of what's going on. Any time you enter those $10.00 spots you are out of your element. You are no longer in control of what can take place. You may get lucky once, twice. The time will come when your luck will run out and you will be a victim.
Always plan every adventure. Know what you are looking for. What you want to do. How much you wish to spend. Where you want to go. Never go to any spot suggested by any girl. More are ripped off than you think and the victim can of course never report it. If you only have $ 10 dollars then I would NOT get into the game. Maybe you have brass balls and can fight your way out the arena.

The same locals living next door to the recently built homes. Many are also addicts. Which makes the locals a very large part of the quandary there. I look at the days when Kellys Korner was right in the heart of the mentioned area. The Kent movie theater was also there. Great neighborhood anchors for business. Kellys was a must stop for all the locals. The Huntingdon Bank was there. There was another bank right there at York St. Now banks most likely had more money than any businesses there. There was a little diner there. All the locals would get their morning coffee and evening dinner. Restaurants, barber shops, bakery, Acme Markets was there on the corner of Monmouth and Kensington. There was another Market in the area around Front St. , there was clothing stores. There was a place there around Huntingdon that made glass. There was a pickle factory and sauerkraut distributer.
It was all right there and served the working people from that area. Met all their needs. Provided may local jobs. I haven't even mentioned all the factories that was in that area.
Even movies get made there. So money has been poured into that very specific area hand over fist. When the drugs came the money makers threw their hands in the air and left. With good reason. They had no community or civil support. The prostitution has been around long before you or I. I'm not just talking the strip I'm talking world wide. Case in point. The area in Atlantic City was built up and rebuilt over the past 40 or so years. Yet the drugs and prostitution is thriving. Never left the area. In fact it has increased because of the influx of money.
I have watched LEO raid the same location for drugs 3-4 times in one month. While the raid is going down people was buying drugs from the onlookers. Hours later drugs being sold in the exact location that was just raided.
As long as the Huntingdon and Somerset El stops are available to bring in the drug buyers the area will not change for the better. They have been trying that with the Somerset El stop for the last 3 years. The joke there is with the Tranny units there the dealers sell the drugs 25 feet from the guard shack. They shoot up right on the stoops arms length away. They die within a few feet. And the girls get picked up right in front of them. They can only do so much with what they have to work with. Then the kicker is the same Leos that lock the girls up for prostitution was getting their dick sucked by the those girls hours before.
And I do agree the media attention is there. Yet it seems like its a double edge sword at best. It lets the public know what's going on, but also lets those looking for subversive activity, that is also available right there. I spoke with a girl yesterday from Erie PA. I asked what brought her to Hells Playground. She said the drugs and the ability to pay for them walking the streets there. The drugs are close buy. So if the information is getting as far away as Erie PA, my guess is even farther, then the draw here is much greater than what most people understand.
Now The Last Stop is a block away from this new construction. That attracts the addicts and prostitutes in the area. The St. Francis mission where they get there only meal is also there. I doubt the new neighbors can chase them out.
Not sure about you or your friends or others reading this. I know I would not want to sink that much money into a house right there in the jungle knowing while I'm on my way to the El to go to work there is some addict or prostitute casing my $400,000. 00 or even $200,000.00 investment for their next hit or crack party. Or to sell everything I own to fund their next high. Nor would I want my children to be exposed to that activity and risk them winding up in the same boat. Just the children factor alone would be enough to deter any sensible young couple wanting a safe environment for their children.
Now lets eliminate all the present factors explained. I still wouldn't want to risk my child running barefoot in the streets only to be stuck by some thoughtless addicts needle carelessly tossed in the street.
I can only imagine how many used needles are comingled into the building materials building those properties.

As long as the Huntingdon and Somerset El stops are available to bring in the drug buyers the area will not change for the better. They have been trying that with the Somerset El stop for the last 3 years. The joke there is with the Tranny units there the dealers sell the drugs 25 feet from the guard shack. They shoot up right on the stoops arms length away. They die within a few feet. And the girls get picked up right in front of them. They can only do so much with what they have to work with. Then the kicker is the same Leos that lock the girls up for prostitution was getting their dick sucked by the those girls hours before.
And I do agree the media attention is there. Yet it seems like its a double edge sword at best. I know I would not want to sink that much money into a house right there in the jungle knowing while I'm on my way to the El to go to work there is some addict or prostitute casing my $400,000. 00 or even $200,000.00 investment for their next hit or crack party. Or to sell everything I own to fund their next high. Nor would I want my children to be exposed to that activity and risk them winding up in the same boat. Just the children factor alone would be enough to deter any sensible young couple wanting a safe environment for their children.

Places I used to cruise through and be able to choose from a few different ladies hustling on the street are now clean, middle class neighborhoods. The drugs and women are still available, they just found a new shitty neighborhood to occupy. North Philadelphia might be the exception, but I doubt that it will be.
Agreed Never is a big word. Let me change that to never in the last 50 years to avoid dispute. I'm a realist. Part of that reality is many of the locals are patronizing the prostitutes. The same locals living next door to the recently built homes. Many are also addicts. Which makes the locals a very large part of the quandary there. I fell asleep in my hotel room around 10:00 pm On Tuesday and dreamt that I found myself driving down Kensington in my truck. Took a drive down the K last night between 10 and 11 and there seemed to be something there for any monger' tastes. The busiest area was the Bukius st. She dazzled them with a load of bullshit about how handsome they are and how she finds them attractive. Would love to spend more time with them.

Of course they both fell for that hook line and sinker.
Here's where they both said the same thing. They decide to get in the vehicle and find a spot to do the deed. They guys won't go to the police. It's important for everyone here to get on the same page and refuse up front money. If we don't then its going to continue. Dreamed I met a gal named Crissy. Short (maybe 5' 1" very blond hair and cute. Clean, just enough make up and a nice disposition. Visiting in town and had some time so I took a cruise through the K in the pouring rain. I didn't expect to see much, but thought it would be good to go through anyway and get the lay of the land. Maybe common sense. Maybe luck. All I know is it works well. That is this. When ever in doubt or there is any question in your mind that there could be a sting going on, then always pass the opportunity up for when you feel at ease. Because if you roll the dice chances are you will come up sixes, sevens and nines every time. So why risk it when there are other attractions less risky at the circus right in the next tent?
Here's another Bit that may help you. Right down the street on Lehigh from where you saw this girl there's a Sav A Lot. It has been a sting staging spot for years. So put that on your recon map. If you drive by and see a large presence of uniforms and under cover cars then chances are there's either a sting or they are collecting girls. Another clue is there will be a couple wagons there also.
I want to assure you this is no special information handed to me by any C I. It's info I have gathered over the years by watching and learning everything I can about procedure and the streets we play on. So never be opposed to driving with our eyes open. Always look past the girl on the street. Check all your mirrors. Look around to be sure what you observe is exactly what you are looking for. Don't always jump at your first choice. When you see the work crew take note of their habits and mannerism's. How they are dressed. How they are acting. Are they to eager to get you to stop? Then if they are drive on till you feel comfortable. Never let a street girl dictate your next move. Me, I'm just an 'OL Gator.

You made the right move. Driving around the block or around back is a good move. But this does not always work. These days you will not see tow trucks in back in most cases these days. If I sense a sting is taking place I will pull over and observe. If you see a paddy wagon or police van then this is another sign that sting is taking place. You often see someone sitting in there care where a sting is taking place. It is a bit odd that she walked down the street. It's possible that vice could have been observing her.
Out on the ave earlier this eve and saw what looked like a setup on Frankford around Lehigh. Anybody else think the same? A WSW standing directly on a corner. Squad car across the intersection sitting at the light. I drove up Frankford a bit then came back around. The squad car was gone and she had moved down the block a ways but now there was another non-police vehicle pulled over to the side. When I passed it looked like the driver was talking into a walkie-talkie although he could have been just holding a large phone up to his mouth, who knows.

Not going to lie, I almost fell for a sting the other day. I was going down T towards Tacony (yellow line) when I spotted a very cute WSW (pink dot). I busted a left and then went to bust another left down the alley and that's when I saw marked LEO sitting at the end of the alley (red and blue dots). I had to reverse back into the street I was just on and then I dipped out. I made the loop around and looked down where LEO was sitting. Sure enough they were poked out of the alley enough to keep an eye on the girl on the corner. Sting? Maybe. Scooping up girls? Maybe. One thing I did notice, as I was heading back the way came from, was that a tow truck was coming past me and turning towards where I spotted the LEO. Could have been for a sting. Who knows. That is and has been a hotspot for the workforce as long as I can remember. LEO knows that. They have had a presence there for a few years now. They will stand on the EL platform and watch what goes on Huntingdon or B St. Then they radio to the units down on the street what's happening. That is drug deals, loosie sales, works sales, walk ups, etc. Sneaky little devils aren't they. Now the bottom line on this is they are doing what they are paid to do. Anyone looking in that area for some action should be aware of that prior to taking the field trip. Just some down right common sense. All the girls are aware of this. A few even work hand in hand with Uncle LEO. So that is another peril in that area. That place can be a mine field if you aren't aware of what's going on there. So what's a guy to do? There are a number of options. Easiest is to just find another play area. There's plenty out there. Another is to constantly be aware of your surroundings. Do a drive through. Keep your eyes open for all activity in the area. Take notice what neighbors are out and about. Look for other workers in the area. Many times they will be the first to spot unusual activity with LEO. If there is a heavy presence then they usually move to a less restricted corner. So don't confine your search to one particular spot, corner, location, or street. Be versatile. What you can't find here you will definitely find there. There have been debates on this thread about the availability of product in that exact area because of all the construction taking place there. It has been my observation the trade there has not diminished at all, just moved a street this way or that.
The first drive through is probably the most important part of your activity. Because without doing that how would you have any idea about what's taking place? So always think of covering your ass before plugging someone else's ass. It's just common sense. Remember they don't serve pussy at the round house or State RD. I noticed it enough times to think to myself "either it's the safest or the worst block in the world" since they were always camped there.

Cabs, NJ state tags, delivery trucks etc, Old Man Bob. You name it. For some reason the stroll after dark is packed with LEO. I personally never pick up a SW on the stroll. They must walk say 2 to 3 blocks away or see yah. The hunt for the monger (by LEO) is overbearing and too risky right now. Be safe.

Back in 1998 (I was fairly local to Kensington avenue, and knew people all over. It was essentially my intro to all of this, and in the days before Internet forums most lessons were learned personally, the hard way. On my way across Kensington (west to east on Oxford), not actually looking for anyone, the police had the street blocked pulling some guy from his car. I had to turn north on K, and found Columbia blocked by police also. I went around the block not wanting to go farther north, and caught sight of a beauty on some side street corner and slowed to see if she was looking. That is all, no words exchanged, nothing. Police at the corner pulled me over, from the car, cuffed, and into a schoolbus in less than 3 minutes. Guess what? At the time, going around the block to look at a SW was considered intent to solicit. Legal or not, that was the reason they used to lock you up on a Friday night. And by Sunday morning, rather than be held for trial, everyone takes a plea deal, pays a fine, and the cops meet quota damned fast. The bus was full in two hours, though I spent about 30 at the round house. Only lucky thing was that the cops couldn't drive stick to move my truck, and their tow truck must've forgotten about it, as it was the only ride they didn't impound. Since then, I've been pulled over here and there for various stupid crap. Make absolutely sure that you are legit. ALL papers in order and up to date, no warrants, open containers, visible stuff you're not supposed to have, etc.
And know that just because maybe you didn't actually do anything, that doesn't matter if the cops don't care.

I have been stopped countless time, cuffed, searched, threatened, you name it, but never fully arrested. I see from time to time guys on USASG talking about either being coy with the police and / or suggesting to tell them you are within your rights to not answer their questions. This is stupid; police can arrest you and throw your a $$ in the clinker for any reason whatsoever. If this happens simply because you pissed off the cop, yeah, charges will likely be dropped, but that doesn't stop them from locking you up and making your life miserable. The main issue I have been stopped repeatedly is for being an old white guy in a decent car late at night in "bad neighborhoods". In other words, racism. Most of the time, they assume I am looking for drugs, not poontang. I made the mistake only once of not allowing them to search my car. Took about 4 hours for the K9 dog to show up, then it immediately didn't signal, took them another hour before letting me go.
Always have a good story of why you are there. These days, I say that I am an investor, I buy abandos and distressed properties in bad areas, and scope the areas late at night to get a flavor of what the neighborhood is really like. This has worked very well lately.

Guys just be mindful if you're out in the late night hours for this idiot.

LE pulled me over, handcuffed and questioned me. They threatened to arrest me. Now mind you that offering a girl a ride is legal and there is case law to support this. The best thing to do is remain silent if a cop pulls you over. If you are arrested hire a aggressive lawyer that will file a bunch of motions. At your arraignment plead not guilty and ask for a jury trial. There is a good chance the city attorney will drop the case.

Before a stop is made the officer is on the radio saying where he / she is and why they are stopping a person. The tag number and vehicle description is also given. If the officer has just cause they will explain why the person is being stopped. While the officer is talking with the driver, the tag, vehicle, and owner information is being run if it already hasn't been. That's to see if there are any outstanding warrants.
A case in point, I was stopped two weeks ago at Clearfield and Kensington. The officer approached my vehicle and stated " the reason you are being stopped is because your left headlight is out". Any time a person is stopped by the police there has to be just cause. For them to stop or arrest a person simply because they pissed the officer off is illegal. Like it or not that's the law of the land. An officer does have a right and duty to stop anyone. Just not for any reason. I wouldn't take that right from them for all the tea in China. It protects the police and the public.
As for remaining absolutely silent I don't recommend anybody do that. As you pointed out it can be more trouble than it's worth. Yet there are respectful ways to maintain your right of privacy without being disrespectful or Johnny Street Lawyer.
When pulled over the only question that need be answered is to provide the officer a valid license containing a valid address, registration, and proof of insurance. Any other questions pertaining to anything else would be to clarify if you can be arrested. That is the intent of the officer if you are stopped with or without just cause. If asked if the driver was trying to pick up the woman walking ten yards ahead of them, a protective response would be, "With all due respect I don't wish to discuss that matter". It shows the officer you are not ignoring them and you did indeed hear them. Or I didn't notice a woman. I pulled over to make an important phone call. Am I in a no stopping zone? If so I'd be more than happy to pull up more.
Don't ever fall for the be honest and I'll go easy on you line. The officer does not have the power to go easy on anybody. That falls upon the prosecutor and the judge. The officers sworn duty is to gather as much information against a person as possible. Then present that information to the prosecutor who decides whether to proceed to trial or not. So don't send yourself to court by saying the wrong thing to them. A famous line used by police in Philly is "What do you think, I'm stupid"? When they stop someone without just cause they are on a fishing expedition. Let them fish. Just don't bite.
Had the officer asked me what I was doing I had a few options. 1. I could have asked what that might have to do with my headlight being out. Of course that might have garnered me a ticket. 2. A very simple response for me would have been I'm going to pick up a headlight replacement bulb as we speak. 3. I'm on my way to the El stop to meet a friend that needs a ride. It's really cold out. 4. I'm on my way to Front and Cumberland to help a friend that needs a battery jump. (Knowing in my head that is a different district and the officer probably wouldn't pursue the issue any further). These are all very legitimate reasons for any citizen to be on the street without divulging why they are there.
As stated by myself and the above author the key in any police encounter is to always remain respectful. They are like the rest of us. They have a job to do to support their family. Let them do it without hassle. When people are showed respect they tend to show respect. Never play the officer for a fool. Only a fool would do that. They deal with a lot of crap all day from real tough guys. They don't need any more from wannabe tough guys.
Maintain your vehicle. Follow the rules and laws of the area. Just don't open yourself up to be stopped. Don't always follow the same path over and over. Switch it up. Slide over a couple streets to the left or the right. If you pull over and you think you might be stopped, if there's a store head for it and buy a pack of chewing gum. Or look under the vehicle as though something is wrong. If approached by an officer say you pulled over because off and on it sounds like something is being dragged. Self preservation should be your goal every time you go out. Me, I'm just an 'OL Gator.

Of course LE tried to chain him to soil pipes, mistreat etc. But he flat out said NO deals and my Attorney will be here. Guess what; most was dropped. In short "Shut Up" and and state I want an Attorney. Another fried was drinking and when LE pulled up he asked friend what he did for a living. He simply stated I work for a law firm (coy) and of course LE let him carry on.

Slightly delayed report, but there was a big thing going on last week here in town, maybe you heard. Anyway. In the past week, I've seen a couple of old familiar faces that are worth reporting on, and a couple of new ones also.
First the old. I was cruising around Jasper and Buckius coming home from work last week and I see a little spinner who looked vaguely familiar. She said her name was Sandy or something, but that didn't connect with my memory. Finally it dawned on me, it was little Angie, who has not been out in forever. Many of these crack heads would be better off working at Olive Garden than prostitutes. Experience level needed is about the same. I think what holds a lot of them back is they need to know how to spell, at least something. Most can't and won't hold a fulltime job anywhere. They can't even be a stripper and be sexy. They can't get up unless it's to get samples at Kip Street. They know only four goals in life. Get on. Get in. Get out. Get more crack. To us regular folk that would be a rather mundane and boring life. Not to her though. She's livin' the dream and don't have to scream.
What blows me away is how long it takes to get them out of your vehicle when you decide you would rather find someone else. They have to search through their "purse / hand bag" to find something they threw out five days ago. They will empty that bag in your car. Twenty minutes to go through the contents and forty minutes to pack it back up. They will have oreo cookies right in there beside their crusty underwear and socks. Definitely will be cookie crumbs all over the bag and when they do get out on your front seat. Will probably be a vintage baloney sandwich in there some place also. You will see used syringes, condoms, some used, little blue packets of lube. There is probably a blue tie off band and a boatload of treasures only they could value.
You know these junkies are lobbying the FDA to approve Crack as a Fertility drug. They drink thick milkshakes to maintain their sucking ability.
So these are just a few of the reasons I would rather not be with a crackhead. Me, I'm just an 'OL Gator.

Let the truth be told, I did sample the goods. Not the best out there, but good enough when no other choice is available. I had been banging her silly for a few weeks. That's why she walks funny.
Everything was fine till this past Tuesday she told me she had given up on powder. Then she dropped the bombshell. She had decided to take up the hobby of becoming a Rock Star, smoking crack. That in itself should have been my queue to part company. Her whole demeanor changed. She became a different person literally over night. There are no good encounters with a Rock Star on the Ave. At least not in my experience.

Once I reach the let go / take off spot I say. Here is an extra 5 big ones to get out of car fast (my car); meaning when I pull over I do waive this 5 stating to get out (fast) or no extra. You will NOT get this 5 until you are out with door closed and locked along with window open say 5 inches. This works as they do a jump out just like a LEO parody.

Who by the way is back out there again. My suggestion to anyone listening, date at their own risk. The outcome could be much worse than mine.

Hey fellow mongers. Haven't posted in awhile. Mainly just reading but giving back my 2 cents. Hooked up with a young petite spinner off K &Lehigh. Couldve been white or puerto rican couldn't be too sure. Was a little nervous at first but talked to her handler which she said was her gay cousin -got a smoke at the corner store and worked out a deal. Great mouth service would repeat again. Also met a couple of new ones recently in the Lehigh / Jasper area, including a short little girl with short dark hair yesterday, I forget her name. She said she's from the Poconos.
