Visited the route 9 place which was just across the way from the other place wellesley police shut down. Wellesley is not a good place to open up an AMP. Wellesley police seem to shut them down fairly quickly. Got HE there, not sure if anything else was on the menu. Seemed to be just regular rub / tug joint. If these AMPs did not "solicit" for a tip then they can't get busted. They don't seem to understand this simple point. Just do the HE and take whatever tip you get. At least you won't be on the 6 o'clock news or facing human trafficing charges or being deported.

Arrived, rang the bell and the door opens. OMG what a friggin surprise. For once the mamasan was telling the truth! Lah=Lah is super hot!

I'm not a big player in this hobby (these days) , so I thought I might give back by reporting on a lesser known establishment. I set out to get a legitimate Thai style massage with all the twisting and stretching. What I got was not even close. I don't like to bad mouth hard working folks, but this place is an absolute sham. These folks have no business calling what they do massage, let alone Thai style massage.
Called and got an appointment easy enough. Asked for a female therapist (I know how some Thai joints operate). Was led into room by the desk lady and told Maya would be in. About 5 minutes later she shows up and we start. I have my doubts that she was a natural born woman, but I figured I would at least get a good stretch in, and forgo the HE. She starts rubbing small circles on my back. This goes on for about 20 minutes. I figured maybe this is to get warmed up for the stretching segment. Wrong. By the time 40 minutes rolls around, I'm still face down. She is still rubbing circles on my back. At this point, I start hoping to get shorted on time or for Uncle LEO to bust in and put a stop to this madness. Neither happened. In fact she (I'm giving the benefit of the doubt) went about 3 minutes over. I would NOT have accepted an HE if it were complimentary. I imagine maybe it's possible to finagle a HE from this place, but why would anyone want to?
Total. 8/.0 Will not be back.
Stopped in at the new place where the person who was at the old Jasmine spa works. She looks 30's has glowing youthful face, is super friendly, great attitude. Got a great massage with various techniques which I needed badly since some muscles were so sore to the point they were sore to the touch. Massage is great, place is new, super clean, not your standard look. The hardwood floors give it more of the look of an art gallery or salon on newbury st. Extremely pleasant person and place. This one's on moody. 60/40.

Haven't been to many AMP's, mostly in Asia, but last night I went off the advice of many of the reports I've read and tried Angel. It was 7:30 at night, so easy to find street parking across the street. Very clean and pleasant place. She tried to offer me Lisa but she doesn't look that good compared to Angel. I was really shocked when I first saw Angel, she looks amazing for her age. I'm only 27 so I wasn't so sure about seeing someone so much older than me, but she has a really youthful look, great face, great body. Thanks to all of you who steered me in the right direction! Sorry you didn't see my post about Thai 80 places, and especially the places in Revere, Everett (since my report moved to the other places) , Malden, Brighton & Newton. The Thai (boys, girls, & ladyboys) are migrating from Sacramento & the Central Valley liked winged money-seeking missiles because we pay 80 / hr here in Boston. In Sacramento- no way they get that. After a very long absence I visited the spa in Randolph. They advertise on CL. I called at about 6:30 PM Saturday night and was told I could get there whenever was good for me. I mentioned that I hadn't been there for quite a while and I asked if there was a new girl or the same girl. The answer was " same girl, what time you come?" I made an appt. For 7 PM. Parked around back as always and when I went to the side door it was locked. Went to see Angel in Quincy due to all the positive reviews here and all I can say she did not disappoint. She looks like she's in her 40's but she has an amazing rack that is all natural. Most Asian woman don't have racks like that and (being a boob guy) this was a great bonus. The massage was very good and the teasing and HE were outstanding. It was 60HR / 40 and well worth it. I don't like driving into Quincy but she was so damn good, I'm going to be a repeat customer.
Feel redundant posting on these two, but I've had the pleasure of seeing both this week. Contrary to other reports, I found Lisa's massage sooooo much better and enthusiastic. Angel is great, but too much using her feet. I find it lazy, but thats me. They both have the same flow, and HR before more head and neck massage, but I found Lisa's new twist on the HR to be verrrry stimulating; Angel's like a jackhammer, not as sensual. All in all, good value, but give Lisa a try if you haven't, I'm goin back for seconds.

I called and made a one hour appointment. Arrived and was greeted by Lala who is very cute. She confirmed that I wanted an hour and I paid the 70 house fee. Massage was decent but about ten minutes in the doorbell rings. She leaves and talks to the guy at the door for about five minutes. She comes back and resumes the massage but is now going quicker. About ten minutes later she starts a brief tease. She has me flip and starts playing with junior and asks "You tips me?" I told her I would. (I really hate being asked though.) Finish was okay but a bit mechanical. A quick cleanup and she starts massaging my head when the doorbell rings again. She's gone for another five minutes. She comes back and her phone rings. She answers and talks for a few seconds, hangs up, then says to me "All set honey." I said "What?" and looked and pointed at the clock. She said "Yes, one hour all done." Again I pointed to the clock which showed that only about forty minutes or so had elapsed since I got there. I tell her "No, there's still twenty minutes left." She says "One hour all done." There is another Thai place on Belmont St in H20town, wondering if anyone knows which way they are going. Looks like they renovated an older, shadier establishment, not sure if it's legit or what.

Needless to say I waited till everything cleared out before leaving the room and swiftly went to the desk paid my full fair and ran out the freeking door! It would not surprise me at all after hearing how vicious these woman treated the customer and the cops if this place is not put under serious watch by the Canton Police (stay as far away from this place as you can!)

I fully agree, Most AMPs are only interested in getting you in and out with minimal service. We have all experienced an AMP that will assign you a masseuse that is neither young or attractive but somehow this is supposed to be satisfying to the patrons. Made a trip to this place and was dissapointed. Massage was rushed, she used too much oil and then didn't clean it up before the flip! I asked about the hot towel cleanup and she replied "no time, U-turn over now" and just stood there staring at me. No teaase after flip and ending was pathethic. Goal was achieved but it was the worse experience I've had. Total time about 45 mins from car to car.
Costs were standard and I will not repeat. My advice is to stay away!

Visited marrett twice in the past two weeks and drew Selena both times. Definately one of the better / younger girls around. Massage was good but very little roaming and I didn't really enjoy the light touch before the flip as it was too light. Flip came and she did a great tease then went for the kill. She let me rub her ass the first time and second time I got a little Utc ass grab but that was it. Very pleased usual damage. Going to try the Russian there too and will report on that.

If you seriously think the fugly girls at this place give a good therapeutic massage then you sir need to try some other providers that have ability to put your body into what I call a "euphoric state" (none of the girls here even come close to that) , and if in case you do choose to pay their crazy membership fee (thereby having your name recorded a "zumba like" data base forever!) and eventually discover how aweful and "robotic like" their HE's are. You will then realize how horrible they are at the "extra's" as well! I will agree with you in terms of their cleanliness (but thats about the only thing that passes the test of my review here).
I will not get into the argument, yelling, gouging and police involvement from the providers at this Spa that I witnessed, but I am not wrong on this review!

Someone that might have tried that place with hopes of extras won't now so he saved that monger time and money. AMP's are a dime a dozen with more and more opening all the time.

Hi everyone, relatively new to the scene. Hope to learn a thing or two from the vets!
Decided to go somewhere relatively close by for my first time and finally elected for Diva Spa on Harri.
The place is located next to a restaurant so there were staffers walking around taking out garbage. I don't think they really cared though, although the pungent fish smell was a bit pervasive.
Took the elevator to the 4th floor. Diva Spa was at the end (there was another spa directly next to the elevator). Gave a knock and the mama-san welcomed me in.
Drew Claire, who isn't much of a looker. 4/10 in that department.
Massage was actually pretty good. She had this technique where she drives her elbows into your glutes and makes circular motions. I really enjoyed that. Some teasing of the boys. 7/10.
Groping of the legs and ass was allowed, didn't bother to try going for anything else. HE was very robot-esque. At times I felt my dick would fall off. 2/10.
Unfortunately, the mama-san tried to rush the session at the end, which really turned me off. Also, the place is drenched in some sort of perfume, which stuck to my clothes afterwards. The mama-sun was also very pushy as I was leaving.
Overall, I'd rate the experience a 4/10 mostly because of the circular glute technique. Will not repeat.

New Cambridge spa advertising on CL. 580 Cambridge St, where Serenity used to be. Figure I'll give it a try this week- didn't see any reviews on the board, but I know a lot of people have gone quiet with the recent troubles. If I'm about to head into a landmine, please PM, otherwise I'll post a report later once I give it a shot.Went there on Friday.
A couple pretty ladies were working. The massage was completely legit, no extras offered, draping the whole time.
A great therapeutic massage though. I'm not convinced that extras are never available, so I may reapeat.

One lady tells me yes have young you come now. I never believe them because they lie. So its a busy st which I don't like. Went up and sure enough older lady comes to get me. Brings me to room I tell her I want younger and she says "me no good" I said no you told me you had younger, she says "she busy, me no good?" I didn't even bother undressing and walked out. Left and by that time 2 other guys coming in the building (busy st.) So I left the building and walked around and found a place on kneeland. Look for #in window type place. Buzz me up after she says she has younger girl. Walk in and older lady are there and younger but prob 30s not bad I give her a 5/6. Massage was not good so told her soft which was good. Let me rome. Flip for finish halfway through. Hygiene on the dl was not good. Can someone help me out with a decent CT spot, message me. Might go tonight.

Let us know if you find her. That's what we all search for. 30's is the best I've done in CT. Never get an hr, always plenty of interruptions. I'm done with that.

And do I really want 400 people knocking down the doors next week and ruining a good thing. One was referenced about a month ago. Appears to be a completely legitimate nail salon until the flip. Was in Framingham today, so I decided to try Pink as a TOFTT. It's one of the new places that popped up recently, and was so highly recommended by a new poster who gave us so much info.
Yo-Yo was the provider. Cute tight body in shorts and halter with push-up bra. Except for the typical snaggle-teeth she would definitely qualify as a nice spinner.
She collected the $60 fee and as I was laying down, doorbell rang. Another guy was led to another room. These rooms, BTW, have full walls and ceilings, but the doors are just curtains to the floor!
She comes back and no sooner had she started, but doorbell rang again. I don't know what they told the guy, but when she came back in, she asked me in terrible English if I had called before. I said no.
From the start, all the signs of HE were there. However, she had almost zero massage skills. She tried hard enough, but she probably just learned by watching someone else.
After a very short massage that worked down to my legs, she suddenly switched to light-touch then teasing of the twig & berries.
Once she had me at full attention she asks if I like it and want to turn over. I tell her yes and also try to sneak a peak at the girls. Her bra is like fort knox and now she starts with the upsell and "you take care of me". I told her of course I tip well. But she says "how?". I tell her I tip well. No, she wants to know how much! Here we go. I should have started at $20 or $30 because when I said $40, she made that pouty face like she just ate a lemon. She said "you do a little more?" I told her if she frees up the girls then I would tip $50. She's surprised and says "you touch? No, that 80".
I thought I did a good job of not thinking with the little head, and held firm at $50. Keep in mind, I'm now sitting there losing my boner. But I would have done $50 just to get a look at those nice be / see's.
Finally we settle on $60 but get this. She makes me get off the table and pay her first! In hindsight I should have given her $40 and withheld $20 as an incentive. In fact, when she saw that there was more than just the $60 in my clip, she tried again "you do little more" trying to sound cute and pouty. I resisted.
HJ wasn't terrible but the implied promise of freeing the girls didn't happen! At first, when I tried to take down her straps, she AGAIN tried for more money! I managed to get one of the girls exposed enough to see that they were pretty nice.
As I finished the doorbell rang again! She left and came back with a towel and did a perfunctory wipe-down. Thought I would get head massage, but then she leans in and says "sorry we busy now. Next time I make up for you". Seriously? I get upsold and shorted on time! Total time in the place was 38-39 minutes.
So, my advice is to stay away, or go with only $100 in your pocket and show them that you got no more. The upsell and haggling before and during was bullshit. I doubt I'll go back, but if I do, I will demand they charge me 1/2 price for the hour or at least withhold my tip until the end. So many other places nearby. This one doesn't deserve to get away with this kind of behavoir.

When I get confronted like that (and have been) I just get up start beating off, infront of her. If I don't blow the load in a min. I walk out with an eggroll and no tippy. Everytime, when I do this they mug me to stay and lay down and I don'; t ever Tip anymore befor job is done.
Don't ever feel you are being rude. These girls are very thick skined like there armored plated bras.
Best places always leave the trust of the pay out to the customer.

Stop by every now and then, stopped by tonight, can always count on this place having fresh talent, they never disappoint. Even though this is just my opinion I don't have to worry about man hands touching my back if you know what I mean. House fee is. 80 but worth it cause everyone is young, pretty, and speak full english, rare triple combo these days to have a place like this. Def recommend.

I love it! Showing her that you can do the job yourself for free should certainly make her re-think the upsell! I will have to try that if I'm in that position again.
I totally agree with sticking to your favs. I usually do that and basically walk in and hand her the house fee and the tip at the same time, and from there we never have to discuss it.
This place in Framingham clearly has a lot of foot traffic, so they are probably getting spoiled with high volume and enough suckers who give in more than I did.
I have a feeling as more of us go in there prepared for their shenanigans, they will have to adapt or lose business.

Headed over to River street in Waltham the other day, and drew a provider named Casey. She was probably late 30s with a 6 in looks. She was heading out when I got there, but asked on my way into the building if I was there for massage, then came back in for me. Attitude was a 9 and massage was a 7. Skills were not lacking, but I wasn't in a state of euphoria like some massages I've had. Plenty of teasing pre flip, and she went right to the task after the flip. UTC top and bottom allowed, but she pointed to an eye hole in the door when I asked if more was available. She explained boss looks in and she can't be seen with clothes off. Not sure the truth behind that, but was ok with some clothed HE fun. Massage 60 for hour and left happy with a 60 tip. Wasn't amazed by the time here, but will prob revisit if other options aren't available.
First time I tried this place and happened to just walk in and found a very cute, younger girl who took me as a walk in because all the main providers were busy. I found it odd that the room did not have any table at all but rather a mattress on the floor (I guess their could be some major benefits to that if FS happened here? Anyways, this girl was very kind and her name was Kristen (wanted to get a definitive name for my review LOL.) whatever she lacked in massage skills she made up for in kindness and she could become very good if she was not so shy about giving what we all want Mahahha. She teased nice but never really went totally under to grab or rub the stick but she brushed against the boys fine. After flip she just would not touch the stick and kept covering it with the towel and after some time I just threw the towel to the other side of the room so she couldn't reach it LOL. I asked her to please help me and she explained that she is new and she was reluctant but after awhile she gave it and grabbed hold and asked me if she was doing OK (I of course gave her some encouragement and tried to tell her how best to accomplish the mission). She succeeded and after talking for a little bit with her she explained that some other girls their can help more and she is just learning how to help men currently. SO. I thought it was interesting to find a provider so damb young and so damb new to this! Its not my "thing" but I figure some of you may like having such inexperience and such a young age (but very kind and sweet). I see JP had quite the review on this place, so I wanted to offer a different view. First off, the location is a pain to get to if you have to get through the center of town, so plan your time accordingly. It took me 25 mins from rt 9 during non peak traffic.
I agree the setup is not the best with only curtains as doors I could hear everything going on outside the room. Catching up on some reports. Went here the other day. New girl working. Sorry didn't get name. Massage was excellent. Definitely trained. Left very satisfied. Seniors pm for interesting details.
I had some time during the week between work stuff and was in the area so decided to give this place a try.

So, my advice is to stay away, or go with only $100 in your pocket and show them that you got no more. The upsell and haggling before and during was bullshit. I doubt I'll go back, but if I do, I will demand they charge me 1/2 price for the hour or at least withhold my tip until the end. So many other places nearby. This one doesn't deserve to get away with this kind of behavoir.

Actually, it was on Wed (halloween) around 1:30-2pm. And when I got there, they were both sitting around with no customers. Then, some guy came in and was put in another room. So you were obviously forced out by two of us! Again, I would have gladly hit the pavement if I had known that the huge upsell was coming.
Someone else said they had a much better experience from the other gal, who must have been "neesa". Still, I have so many other go-to places I doubt I will be back at Pink.

This may explain what happened to me. Was this last Wednesday mid-afternoon?
I was nearby so I called Pink for an appointment. I don't remember the exact time, but I was only five minutes out from the call. When I showed up, I was greeted at the door by a girl I recognized as "Neesa" from CS (someone else referred to her as "Anisia". Maybe that's it). Whatever her name was, I had two or three nice visits with her in Worcester, so I was happy to see her. I was a lot less happy when she told me they were busy. I told her I had called, but no dice. Recently visited Ninja Spa in Quincy. Two girls were there, Sophia and Teresa. Sophia let me in and I was hoping she would be my masseuse as she is very attractive. She told me that they take turns and it was Teresa's turn. Okay no problem. Teresa is also attractive although a little bit bigger than most Asian women. The office and room were clean and well decorated. Recovering lurker here, chiming in for the first time because I may have some useful data points.
I tried this place when it was new. To my surprise, I found the same two ladies (Vicky and Helen) who had previously been at 329 across town, a couple of years ago when the name of that place was different.
I had seen each a few times at 329. Both gave good massage. Helen's English is a bit challenged, and she's older (late 50s. More?) but Vicky, who's about 32 now, was easy to talk to compared to most AMP workers. I got to know her life story (at least the USA part) pretty well, and the conversations were always animated.
Both ladies gave off fairly clear indications that they were not R+T types; I chose to take them at their word. Maybe a mistake, maybe not, but in any case I liked them enough to not push the issue. It wasn't because I'm so noble that I wouldn't have gone for it had the signals been different.
I've now seen them each a couple more times at the new place. On one occasion, Helen told me that business had been slow, because "most men come for special massage. I am scared special massage. Don't want trouble." Another time Vicky heard some conversation through the wall, excused herself, and knocked on the door of the adjacent room, where Helen was working. There were some terse words exchanged. She returned wearing an exasperated look. Apparently the guy in the other room had been pushing hard for extras. Vicky had overheard (she was at the far end of the table, closer to the common wall than I was) and intervened to put the kabosh on the situation.
So it's hard to say what's afoot in the new venue. One possibility is that they are in fact bait-and-switching, using Vicky as the bait for return visits, and having her act frisky enough to entice folks into return visits, but ultimately not allowing much beyond either nothing at all, or the dreaded DIY. Another possibility is that she behaves differently with different customers, depending upon whether or not she might find them attractive enough to behave more suggestively (or even gratifyingly) than she has ever done with me. I'm not butt-ugly, but I am older than she is, and in any case I'd need to be pretty narcissistic to not entertain the possibility.
That having been said, there are a few factors that point towards less going on at the new shop, rather than more. For example, did anyone try the place when they briefly had an old guy working there? Holy shit! Helen sent him in to me to give him something to do one time while she was finishing the linen change in another room. Five free minutes, or whatever. I'm lying face down (or, more importantly, ass-up?) and in comes a dude who looks like he could be Helen's older brother. I'm not talking about some Thai shemale batwanger here. This was an undisguised, straight-up grandpa, about to lunge thumbs-first for my pale, hairy glutes. Talk about awkward. I told them I was all set. I don't think he lasted long.
Another less harrowing factor is that the two ladies have worked together for at least three years, and they look out for each other, and seem to observe a strictly non-competetive rotation with walk-ins (whoever's up next is up, so they earn equally.) They have also both recently become citizens. Vicky proudly showed me pictures of her ceremony during my second visit. So they may not want to risk legal trouble. When Vicky was at 329, she was taking classes at a local college, so she clearly has an eye towards life after bodywork. And although the other member engaged in some mutual touching, which is promising, her sudden loss of English skills at crunch time may be a bad sign. Her English is, if not fluent, very definitely functional. There is little doubt that after a few years in the massage game, she has learned both the words and gestures that we use to express how we want to spend the last 10-15 minutes of our hour.
Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe business has been slow, and word has come down from Corporate that it's time to up the ante. I hope so.
In any case, understand that I am not trying to discourage anybody from shooting for the stars (or at least the ceiling) at this shop. I would hate to hurt the business traffic at a clean place where there are two very nice ladies trying to scratch out a living. The out-of-the-way location is absolutely perfect for a true R+T (at least on weekends) and if it turns out to be one, it might actually last awhile, tucked away as it is from the prying eyes of complaint lodgers and moral crusaders.
I'll admittedly feel a little jealous if I find out that I've been too polite over the course of 8 or 9 visits spread over 5 years, but I'll get over it quickly if the rules have in fact changed. Even if they haven't, it's sometimes a good experience to just get a straight massage from someone you can actually engage in small talk without that blank, RCA Victor dog look that you get when a lady speaks absolutely no English. As long as you know going in that those are the rules. That's how I've treated the two places where V+H have worked.
To wrap up: If Vicky does stick with no, keep in mind that, small as she is, she is trained in martial arts. During one visit, she entertained me with a pretty hair-raising account of a street brawl she'd been in back in China, where she sent one of the young ladies who'd ganged up on her to the hospital,"bleeding out of her vagina."
Talk about the dreaded Kung-Fu grip.

Recovering lurker here, chiming in for the first time because I may have some useful data points.
I tried this place when it was new. To my surprise, I found the same two ladies (Vicky and Helen) who had previously been at 329 across town, a couple of years ago when the name of that place was different.
I had seen each a few times at 329. Both gave good massage. Helen's English is a bit challenged, and she's older (late 50s. More?) but Vicky, who's about 32 now, was easy to talk to compared to most AMP workers. I got to know her life story (at least the USA part) pretty well, and the conversations were always animated.
Both ladies gave off fairly clear indications that they were not R+T types; I chose to take them at their word. Maybe a mistake, maybe not, but in any case I liked them enough to not push the issue. It wasn't because I'm so noble that I wouldn't have gone for it had the signals been different.
I've now seen them each a couple more times at the new place. On one occasion, Helen told me that business had been slow, because "most men come for special massage. I am scared special massage. Don't want trouble." Another time Vicky heard some conversation through the wall, excused herself, and knocked on the door of the adjacent room, where Helen was working. There were some terse words exchanged. She returned wearing an exasperated look. Apparently the guy in the other room had been pushing hard for extras. Vicky had overheard (she was at the far end of the table, closer to the common wall than I was) and intervened to put the kabosh on the situation.
So it's hard to say what's afoot in the new venue. One possibility is that they are in fact bait-and-switching, using Vicky as the bait for return visits, and having her act frisky enough to entice folks into return visits, but ultimately not allowing much beyond either nothing at all, or the dreaded DIY. Another possibility is that she behaves differently with different customers, depending upon whether or not she might find them attractive enough to behave more suggestively (or even gratifyingly) than she has ever done with me. I'm not butt-ugly, but I am older than she is, and in any case I'd need to be pretty narcissistic to not entertain the possibility.

Another less harrowing factor is that the two ladies have worked together for at least three years, and they look out for each other, and seem to observe a strictly non-competetive rotation with walk-ins (whoever's up next is up, so they earn equally.) They have also both recently become citizens. Vicky proudly showed me pictures of her ceremony during my second visit. So they may not want to risk legal trouble. When Vicky was at 329, she was taking classes at a local college, so she clearly has an eye towards life after bodywork. And although the other member engaged in some mutual touching, which is promising, her sudden loss of English skills at crunch time may be a bad sign. Her English is, if not fluent, very definitely functional. There is little doubt that after a few years in the massage game, she has learned both the words and gestures that we use to express how we want to spend the last 10-15 minutes of our hour.

Well written first post. Coherent and informative. While I wish you were reporting that Vicky can be corrupted, I certainly appreciate the information. I will also add that I can corroborate that many points, perhaps all, in Travis's report are accurate.

Drove by about 10:30 and the lights were on and the front door blind or what ever was gone. It was weird the front of place is always dark at night.

I've been there a few times and haven't had any luck like that. Maybe I'll have to try it.
Stopped by Hong Kong Weymouth, second time around. Music is different from average AMP. Massage started with neck and then down to lower back. Little teasing. Used elbow and forerarm. On the flip jr was at a flagpole, arm and body brushed up against jr a few times and she knew exacty what to do. Otc top and bottom. Some utc on top. Got the job done and left happy. I think with a few more returns will allow more access.
I read the younger girl that owned the places in Revere & Weymouth had an open case due to a prostitution arrest last year in Wakefield.
Doesn't sound good for her.

Needham &Wellesley just don't seem to make sense for R&T kinda places now. The worry is Newton will totally be there too in the next year or so.
Newton is a bigger town but the AMP scene appears leaning more towards legit to DIY, more than previously encountered.
The Aamp scene has been past peak for several years too.
AMP on Chestnut st across from McDonald's I didn't go back again, I got an excellent massage and some 'cues" and teases but all I could get was DIY w surrounding area assist contact, which I think is total BS.
That is not a rare phenomenon to think you are getting a good finish to just get a DIY. Then you have to decide yourself to go back. My past experiences seem to have DIY outweigh more. Including the return with more "teasing" visits which makes the process frustrating.

I recently tried the ninjas at lavender spa. Parking was fine, on street. It's located in an office building with a general entrance. Most of the previous reviews were spot on so I knew what to expect. Place is clean. No table shower. But seemed like it was busy hearing the phone ringing, one monger leaving with another coming right in. The place is small so you can kind of hear the sounds in the main room were you enter the spa.
I drew Stephanie I believe. Not really my type. A bigger lady. Thick but not fat. A little belly from what I think a previous reviewer said was from having a child. I'm not excited about this. But I stay. Glad I did. She gave a very nice massage and is a sweetheart. She kind of has that Sophia vibe from Lexington BW. Very friendly and playful. Overall I would recommend if you are in the area.

It's still open and still looks the same on the inside. Rooms that aren't really rooms. Linda was working. Fairly attractive. Got an emergency phone call just as I got there so couldn't stay.

Had occasion to stop by last week. Met the owners husband. Nice American guy. She was busy with a client. Very nice looking store but it's obvious from talking to him and how much money they put into the store no extras will be happening there. Walls don't go all the way up and she keeps the treatment room door open when she's working on someone. There is a shower you can use if you're just coming from work. She (Annie) used to work at Tender in Wilmington.

Newton is a bigger town but the AMP scene appears leaning more towards legit to DIY, more than previously encountered.
The Aamp scene has been past peak for several years too.
AMP on Chestnut st across from McDonald's I didn't go back again, I got an excellent massage and some 'cues" and teases but all I could get was DIY w surrounding area assist contact, which I think is total BS.
That is not a rare phenomenon to think you are getting a good finish to just get a DIY. Then you have to decide yourself to go back. My past experiences seem to have DIY outweigh more. Including the return with more "teasing" visits which makes the process frustrating.

Hunnewell, the place above the tailor shop in Burlington, Wellesley & Revere were all owned by the same couple that were recently busted. No surprise they did. They should have slowed things down a bit.

Thought I would treat myself today and try a new gal who recently arrived in the US. Went to Middlesex Ave in Wilmington and she is a cutie. Great looks. I was recently in the area and decided to stop by at this AMP on rt20. The place is not very discreet and seems like a house used for running a business, right next to a busy street. Parking area is very visible from the surrounding houses.
I was met by a lady, late 30's / early 40's, by looks and was asked to wait. She went back to service her client. 10 minutes later, he left and seemed pretty satisfied which raised my hopes. I was led to one to rooms and asked to get ready. It was really cold and I asked to turn on the heating. 'It already on' was the reply I got. The massage began and it was decent. On the flip, more massage and thats how the hour ended. She then started asking for the tip, which annoyed me. On the way out, I saw another lady. She was around the same age and scaled similarly on looks.
Overall, spent $.6 + $.2. Felt that it would be a more YMMV location. However, given the talent that I saw and the location, I wouldn't be going back unless I someone had some better experience.

As all know the winter months are here and I'd like to give a review of what some New England Spa's are great at while others fail miserably at.
#1 I want warmth during a cold day, some happy medium whereby the customer feels warm YET the therapist is not sweating as she does her job.
#2 I want a Spa that warms the oils / lotions used! A little effort goes along way here and a quick 10 sec. In a microwave sure makes the massage great on a cold winter day.
#3 I want a place that gives the therapists a hand warmer in preparation of a massage (I don't care what method they use IE: hotpacks in the break room, a hand blower / drying in bath, or if all else fails bring a damb hair dryer into work and let the girls use that on their hands prior to giving the massage!)
#4 Its especially nice to see some hot apple cider, coffee, tea's and a krups machine ready at all times for my arrival.
I'm not sure if anyone here can give some places that have AND do ALL of the above but it would show the care and quality of a spa if they do ALL these minimal things for us during the winter.
The only one I've found thus far that does them ALL is Celistina Spa in Brockton but PM me if you know others that take this kind of care?

This place on 1A in Wrentham is pretty convenient for me, as it's along my drive home, so I had to try it.
One-woman shop, clean and quiet. Anna is a very agreeable and professional massuese, forties, girl next door type (if you're from Guangdong) who varies her touch to order, and will engage in some of what I'd call "almost teasing" of the inner thighs, without any actual junk juggling.
Verdict: After 3 identical visits, where she has consistently repeated,"I never do. Health only," I conclude that it's probably 100% legit, as she says. Outside possibility of DIY, which doesn't interest me. For the record, she has not offered even that, despite the fact that I'm a known repeat customer who tips, and who is always polite and complimentary throughout.
YMMV, of course, but this one goes onto my list of places to perhaps spend an occasional relaxing hour with a very good natured nice lady. Which Anna most certainly is. And nothing more. Just as well, really. Directly across the street, on the corner of the town green, is a "reserved for police only" parking spot, and the town offices are 150 yards to the right. It wouldn't last a month if anything more was on the menu.

Seriously, your requests are of course quite reasonable, buy lately spa service has generally deteriorated to the point where I consider myself lucky if the phone and doorbell do not interrupt my session more than once.

I finally made the long awaited trip to see this infamous provider. She looks nice and is a nice person. Parking is easy, large lot, she gives a very good massage. I guess I was lucky as there were no interruptions. Nothing more than other reviewers have reported. I left very content. Due to the long commute I would only return if in area.

I remember now why I stopped going to AMP. Based on some recent reviews I tried Hong Kong. Parked a bit down the road since its on a busy main street and walked up and inside. There is a little room off to the side where I saw a gentleman around on a computer. A fairly in shape girl came out of the room and escorted me to the room after having me sign in and taking the fee. A few bad signs right away. There are no doors to the rooms only drapes and the walls do not go all the way up. Whatever this place is very clean so I figure I will get a good massage out of it. Start off with what I would say is a astronaut blanket over my back and these warm things on my legs. She gave a pretty decent deep tissue massage though hurt in some places. Afterwards time is up and she walks out and gets me a bottle of water and I am on my way. Probably won't repeat, though I do get the feelings that after a few visits something can be had here.
Head over to Nini for a half hour and not to be defeated left happy.

You get the idea. I found her to be attractive enough, liked her massage. But she turned out, in my case at least, to be just another switchboard operator who called herself a massage therapist, and respected people who called her more than she respected a customer who had just given her money. I hate that. I will not return to her and whenever I am in a session that is interrupted by some walk in clown who proposes to ask 100 silly assed questions on my nickel (or, more accurately, my $1 / minute) I now loudly exclaim: "The lady is BUSY! Get out! F* you!"

I remember now why I stopped going to AMP. Based on some recent reviews I tried Hong Kong. Parked a bit down the road since its on a busy main street and walked up and inside. There is a little room off to the side where I saw a gentleman around on a computer. A fairly in shape girl came out of the room and escorted me to the room after having me sign in and taking the fee. A few bad signs right away. There are no doors to the rooms only drapes and the walls do not go all the way up. Whatever this place is very clean so I figure I will get a good massage out of it. Start off with what I would say is a astronaut blanket over my back and these warm things on my legs. She gave a pretty decent deep tissue massage though hurt in some places. Afterwards time is up and she walks out and gets me a bottle of water and I am on my way. Probably won't repeat, though I do get the feelings that after a few visits something can be had here.
Head over to Nini for a half hour and not to be defeated left happy.

From the sounds of it, the woman Hong in Tewksbury. I'll drive to the ends of the earth for a massage but the drive to Tewksbury, for me, isn't worth the phone calls and constant interruptions.
Now to really f*k things up, there are two places called Hong Kong in Weymouth probably a quarter-mile from each other. I've been to the "newer" Hong Kong Spa that advertises $49. 00 on CL. It's only $49. 00 for your first time and they charge extra if you pay with a credit card. The 2 or 3 times I've been there I've never been interrupted by the phone or walk-ins. There's usually at least two girls that work there. Massage has been above average quality and never shorted on time.

Red Sun at 7:45 pm locked up tight. Posters still in the windows, curtains still up. I thought they used to put up a "closed" sign in the window. That wasn't there so it's hard to tell if maybe they're on vacation, the worker is sick or they closed quickly and permanently.
A few minutes later I drove by Shangri La and she was closed also which is unusual as she's usually there until 9 or 10.

1. PondSt Headtree. Smelled, rushed, beat it like it owed her $.
2. Reading, gross, kept talking $.
3. 200 Great, not so great. Mechanical, kind of hurt. Decent massage though, but thats it.
4. M Cambridge, kept leaving, also mechanical but decent massage.
5. Sophia, I drive there and I get stood up.

Really Great professional Massage. Nice comfortable setting and pleasant conversation with very sweet girl. Roaming allowed under at top and over at bottom. Amazing finish. THis girl knows exactly how to make you feel fully satisfied without FS. No up-selling (which I like) and no rushing, so overall was 60/60. Shower is available before and / or after massage. Hong takes phone calls all the time because she advertises all the time. There are new hobbyists that call for information. And non-hobbyists will call looking for information. There are massage therapists that respect an individual, their time and their patronage and will not answer the phone while in session. Hong is not one of them. When you make an appointment with her she will ask you to call her if you cannot make the appointment. By asking that of us, she is asking for us to respect her time. She doesn't give us respect by constantly answering the phone.
There are other therapists that don't take phone calls and don't take walk-ins while in session are just as good and as busy as Hong.

Phone calls do bother me, and I doubt that I am alone in feeling thus. I have paid for her time; as a walk in, you have not. When she accepts my hard earned cash, we have made a fair exchange for value: I pay her; she pays attention to me. Why not record a message callers will hear, something to the effect that "Busy now, please call back later?" By the way, when is the last time a lady has extended the session to make up for the loss of several minutes away from you? Never. At best, she will say,"Give you good massage next time." But, guess what? Next time never comes. (So to speak.)

I went back to North Andover this morning. They had a new girl working. Susan was her name maybe 5'2 a buck 5lb. Looks department around 6. I'm not good with age so I'll say mid twenties. She asks hard or med. I chose Med. Lets say she is the best one there that Iv'e met as far as massage. Long slow strokes very light finger tip rubbing. Half way through starts to tease very lightly from behind. I have to say It got me going to the point I had to turn over myself if fear of boom. Once flipped over she starts again with light finger tip all over til she grabs it and goes to town. BA.I agree totally with this which is why AMP's just can't give the service or attention of a good non-AMP. Nothing is worst then the therapist having to pick up a ringing phone in the middle of your section, most non-AMP's know to NEVER EVER do this while AMP's seemingly never understand how rude and disruptive it is to your entire section (which you've paid good money for)!

I actually wrote to her about it after my session, and she basically said "Sorry, that's the way it is pal". She blamed the customers for calling for appointments at the last minute or cancelling or rescheduling at the last minute. The way I see it she's just trying to maximize her profit. She's wants a steady stream of customers and no downtime on the assembly line.

I ALWAYS make it known the things I like or dislike (a very famous LMT from spa A said it like this."closed mouths don't get feed"). Admittedly communicating these desires to an Asian girl who only understand "soft, med or hard" is may be a bit more difficult BUT nonetheless well worth trying! I'm still learning to gain the confidence or uninhibited ability to attempt communicating what I like in a non-offensive way and without turning beet red from embarrassment. But certainly nobody should feel as though they can't ask politely for their LMT to not be interrupted during their session. I've even conveyed that I do not like crossing paths with other dudes, I don't like to much oil slathered on me (unless their is a shower available for me) , I don't like smelly stuff (no candles, incense, perfumes, etc.) and damb sure when I go to a place that I'm a regular at every girl knows to not even look at phone during a session with me (never mind attempt picking one up!) LOL
It's all about the money. They don't want to lose another customer so they take the call. They also probably get a fair amount of no-shows which is why they double book sometimes. But I agree, it wouldn't hurt for us to speak up about the interruptions and how it affects us. Afterall the customer is always right! We can tell them that we won't return if this is the norm.

I've noticed a HUGE difference when a massage therapist has the ability to put herself into a "trace like" state while massaging. (almost as if she is playing a fine instrument like a harp or violin)
I've even noticed (if I peek) they look as if they are hypnotized while giving the massage (eyes rolled back, head swinging to and fro, using their whole body including legs, arms, back, etc. In a slow motion effect
As they flow around your body like it was in fine instrument! I've found very few therapists who have this ability but one thing I've noticed is that 85% of the ones who do get themselves into this hypnotic state seem to be
From Mexico, Puerto rico, Cape Verde, Brazil, etc. (and I think the limited few other who can do this have been taught to do it by these tropical place girls). It has been the only way I've truly been able to feel the relaxing euphoric
State I love so much and it has nothing whatsoever to do with "HE" or "Extras". The best way I can describe this feeling which lasts for hours sometimes is how I felt when they gave me morphine in the hospital once, I don't know if
Its endorphins they generate in my brain or what? Sometimes when I get my hair cut by someone who has a light touch and spends time buzzing around my ears with that trimmer thing I can achieve this same type of "feeling" to a much lessor degree
(but its that same type of feeling I can achieve 100x during massage therapy with the "right" therapist!

Apparently they are staffed by women who come from NY for a few months at a time. Sometimes young and pretty and sometimes not do much.

I like that it was kind of out of the way, so you don't feel like you're walking in with everyone watching you on a busy street. Nice quiet location. Clean, relaxing atmosphere inside. Shown to the room and she tells me that she made a mistake and had to cut my appointment by 1/2 hour. I was hoping for an hour but she was really sweet and apologetic, so I didn't mind. There wasn't much of a massage, pretty soft, light tease, nothing too spectacular. Knowing the other client was coming soon and she was there by herself, I felt a little rushed. The post flip was nice. Kissing, UTC top with full access and OTC bottom. She did have to tend to her phone in the middle of it, which was kind of awkward. But a nice finish otherwise. Hot towel cleanup and she made sure to tell me to come back to make up the hour another time. Def plan on returning. Really sweet girl, nice time overall.

It's all about the money. They don't want to lose another customer so they take the call. They also probably get a fair amount of no-shows which is why they double book sometimes. But I agree, it wouldn't hurt for us to speak up about the interruptions and how it affects us. Afterall the customer is always right! We can tell them that we won't return if this is the norm.We need an app or software program called "MP" manager.
I imagine there are things out there for doctor / dentists / spas that run on a schedule?
A person can call and get an automatic response " in with a client" if you would like an appointment press 1, to hear available appts press 2, to leave a message and call back number press 3.
Just wishful thinking. Unfortunately if the provider is excellent she will get alot of calls.
Don't forget about "the forum effect" too. We give good stories / reports and we are victims of our own good reviews with the calls too.

It is not a TS but a stand up shower and she does not join you. Obviously there are some things I will not give out here. This is the most amazing girl in quincy even though she does not do FS. There is never any mention of tip. It is for this reason that I give a great tip. Girls who give the bad service are always haggling for tip.

When I showed up, it was Lala, not Jenny. Next time I call, I'll ask 'who's working today', not 'is Jenny working today' and see if I get better info.
Anywhooo, I tried Lala and also asked for a medium massage. It was lighter than I usually get, but Lala has a slow, relaxing, soothing touch. I almost fell asleep, I was so relaxed. She uses a lot of oil (which I liked) , but very good with the hot towel cleanup. Great skills all around.
However, she did take one phone call, answered the doorbell once and shorted me 10 minutes. If it wasn't for that, I'the definitely repeat. Even so, I may repeat if other plans fall through.

She sat me down and patiently explained the real world to me. Even then, I was a little skeptical. But as I saw her more often, and thought about my prior experiences, I realized that AMPs are a crazy business. Like half spa and half emergency room! Customers call for many reasons. Some are stuck in traffic. Some are down the street and want a massage right away. Most are short notice. Almost no clients will leave a voice mail. Most don't want a call back, YOU KNOW WHY. Taking calls isn't a question of maximizing profits, it's a question of a business surviving.
I recall years ago seeing several solo providers. They all picked up the phone at times, but I figured that is what they have to do to run their business. And to be fair, most of my sessions with Hong are without interruptions. I went to places where multiple girls worked, less interruptions, but I never got the same personal connection.
Hong has professional spa experience. She knows how that works. Are you guys ready to make your appointment at least 24 hrs in advance, with a credit card? And if you do not show up, you still get billed. You must leave your phone# and address. They don't have no shows. She would love that. No stress for her. But it isn't going to happen, not in this business.
She has taken great pains to make her ad clear. Still," Where are you located, your rates, your hours, directions?", every stupid question that could be answered by looking at the ad. I think it's just important to convey that you know Jenny and that you are going to 200 great Road not the other location. That being said she isn't willing to go 2 pops so that is a deterrent for someone young like myself.

This place on 1A in Wrentham is pretty convenient for me, as it's along my drive home, so I had to try it.
One-woman shop, clean and quiet. Anna is a very agreeable and professional massuese, forties, girl next door type (if you're from Guangdong) who varies her touch to order, and will engage in some of what I'd call "almost teasing" of the inner thighs, without any actual junk juggling.
Verdict: After 3 identical visits, where she has consistently repeated,"I never do. Health only," I conclude that it's probably 100% legit, as she says. Outside possibility of DIY, which doesn't interest me. For the record, she has not offered even that, despite the fact that I'm a known repeat customer who tips, and who is always polite and complimentary throughout.
YMMV, of course, but this one goes onto my list of places to perhaps spend an occasional relaxing hour with a very good natured nice lady. Which Anna most certainly is. And nothing more. Just as well, really. Directly across the street, on the corner of the town green, is a "reserved for police only" parking spot, and the town offices are 150 yards to the right. I think it was a better experience than Angel. Angel is hotter, but overall it was awesome. The Thai massage when done right is awesome, nothing I think can compare to it.
Not crazy about the entrance being so obvious, but that's the only draw back.
