One of the best places in Boston area is located right in Kenmore Square. Sunny Spa on Beacon Street right past the hotel on the corner. House fee is $70. Sadly, your experience with broken appointments is all too common. I've learned to view AMP appointments as highly variable, with only a slight benefit since most of these places will always take a walk -in rather than risking that the possibility that the scheduled customer will not show. I've experienced this at Lavender as well as with our good friends at WW. I can understand doing this with new customers, but regulars should have some expectation that the lady will be available at the appointed time -- ;)

Putting 2-and-2 together, an advertisement for a "full body massage" in the "adult" section of CL is a pretensious introduction to the real reason you're making the appointment in the first place. Hey SO - thanks for the response. I did my usual perusal of miscellaneous sources to identify some kind of information on the below but came up dry. Good observation on the Braintree AD and I would say strong case on the author match. Could have taken the AD as form but I don't think so.
I'll keep the search up to look for some kind of review or tell-tail, or may just break down and TOFFT!

(below) There isn't anything on that number either except a few requests for info which went unfullfilled. My guess is that it is part of a group of girls with a central 'call-in' center. That being said my experience with those outfits in the past is that they offer usually cute young girls for a good FS experience. I was trying to make an appointment for today but they are booked until after 6pm.I met with Tiff and Crystal and had a nice time. They are both in their 30's, attractive, and fit. They are both very friendly and we had some nice chit chat. The studio is easy to find w/ good parking. It's a very small, but was clean and warm w/ bathroom (no shower). Massage started out as drapped, but that was optional. I didn't know them and wasn't sure what was avail., so went with drapped. Medium to light technique. Had a neck / shoulder issue which they really worked on and did a nice job. Teasing started after about 20-25 min. Very light and subtile and at first wasn't sure if I was really getting teased. Yes, I'm an idiot. Slightly lifted my hips to give some access, but trying not to piss anyone off if nothing else on the menu and recieved just a little teasing. Started to respond when a hand would get close and knew it was on. On the flip it was hard to disguise how much I was enjoying the teasing and excitement. Was expecting some topless or other roaming, but was told that was on the menu for the the next time. The HE was very nice. Am working on scheduling the next time. Only complaints would be no shower and too much oil.
Question: I'm a bit new to the scene and am wondering if the topless next time statement is common or if I was taken?

I had the exact same experience off Rt9 in Framingham (near x12). .7 at the door. .6, .8, $ on the menu. I went with the .8 for a decent CBJ (the "C" was not anticipated.) It was comfortable and was OK, but just OK. Girls turn over every couple of weeks. Jury is still out as to whether or not I'll try again on the next rotation.
I'm frowing tired of the AMP scene but the nonAmps are more expensive and times are tough <sigh>.
Oh yeah ... and go Brown! Let's send Washington the right message.

I've been to Lee's on South in Waltham a few times in the past year, and it's always been as described in the forum. Clean, very good massage, and that's about it. One plus is that after the first 5 minutes with the full towel, they're not all that concerned with draping.
Last week I had a new girl, Lisa. 40-ish, average looks, nice frame, very little English. After the 5 minute full towel thing, the towel drops to below my butt cheeks and she starts with oil on the back. She uses a bit much, but she heats it, so that's nice. Ok massage technique, hot towel to wipe off the oil, and down to the legs. Again, ok technique, lots of hot oil, and kinda, almost, maybe, teasing. She wasn't shy about working the glutes and I raised my hips to let her know I liked it. She never did grab the twig or tease the taint, but my butt was high in the air, and she gave the glutes a hell of a workout, and the boys enjoyed it, too.
Another hot towel, and then the flip. She started up at my head, and spent a bit of time on my face and neck. I was waiting for 'finish' any minute. Then she moved down to my abdomen, and then the thighs and she removed the drape. Lots of 'accidental' touching, which I like. I started a little DIY to see if she'd get the hint, but she didn't go for it. So I took her hand and placed it, and I got the "shhh" sign, and other hand signals to let me know not to let anyone know, especially the other lady there. Then she took control, and even went back in between my butt cheeks with her other hand. I fondled her ass and asked 'ok? ' and she nodded.
Afterwards, yet another hot towel and she finished up. She asked if I wanted water, and brought me a cup. Damage was $60 +30, and she seemed pleased. Made sure I knew her name, and to ask for her when I called.

Of the Store front AMP's can you list the ones that are better than angels. Tina is better looking but lacking on any roaming the others are very hit or miss. The advantage of angles appears to be consistency. I have not read much in that area or most of mass that has any spinners, full roaming and a guarantee on the ending.
The only place you can seem to find the best is still RI IMHO

I said, how late are you open, then the rude biotch hung up on me. So, I called Bonan and they said to come right over, had a good massage with Annie. Would still like to try Sunny for the possibilities of extras. do they take walk-ins? what is the key to get in there?

I think they get such good reviews is because you know what you are going to get. There are better places but alot of them are hit or miss depending on which girl you pull. Every time I go I get a pretty decent massage, she walks on my back. I do roam. And it seems the more you go the more she will let you do or do herself. For me I only live 10-15 min away so I go more often. But if she had a ts I would go every week.

Well, I called and made an appointment today. Asian girl does answer and picked up directly. Informed me that this place is in 'Billerica' (a.k.a. Near Chelmsford).
I got there with little drama or problem with a 2-3 call system. Asian girl answers the door, name is "shi shi". To describe, she is plain at best, nice enough, 40ish, not bad body shape when clothed but gets worse without. 'A' to very small B cans. By this description, I am inferring that she is not a looker.
Decent massage for 25-30 minutes, soft touch massage, flip, negotiation, opted for CBJ for $70. Left not disappointed but would not return, at least on this rotation.
BTW - missed out on similar AD in CL with "Sofia" claimed real pics and 36D cans :(. I've used this service before and had decent luck, found to be fairly accurate.

These girls are not beautiful, are in their 30s to late 40s but their bodies are all in good shape. House fee is 70. Tips run from 50-60 for HJ, 80 for BJ, and 100 for FS. Bring your own condom. I suggest calling, say you used to go to Forever Young in Arlington (same owner, that place is closed, girls have moved over to here) and ask for one of these by name. You should have no problem getting an appt. When you see the girls, just say you saw different girls at Forever Young. There was an Angela who is no longer with them, also an Anna, so you can use those names as girls you used to see.

The girl was Chinese and communication was tough. Her bedside manner left a lot to be desired and she had a depressing attitude. The house fee was $70.
The massage was decent for about 5 minutes while she worked on the back. The rest of the body was not good. The massage was over after 10 minutes and then light teasing for about 5.

But my legs are aching from standing among the throngs watching Doug Flutie's Band play, then Ayla Brown sing. After her 2nd song, she announced to the crowd that her dad had just received the telephone call from Coakley conceding the election - man, did that place erupt!!!
So, thank all of you from MA who went to vote. Whether you voted for the winner or the loser, the turnout showed why this state is still the best educated and now the best represented in the country!
I'm hoping that when I get up tomorrow (today), I'll be able to drag my tired ass down to Waltham for some well-deserved theraputic healing.

Sorry guy - sounds like you just hit one of the 'bad rotation' girls. I had frequented this place occasionally (not since my hiatis though) and saw 3 or 4 of the girls. I think the last one reviewed here was Lisa. Most of the girls I saw were mid to late 20's and while the English wasn't great they were personable and on the cuter side. The massage was always so-so since they were there for the tip. FS was always avail (for 80-100) and although they weren't always good at it they tried. I'm guessing this is a 'training' ground rather than a place for those already trained.

I've answered the following craigslist ad three times before, and today was my fourth go around. It's basically FS for 160, no tip needed/expected. I feel like this is definitely the cheapest FS around, although I may be mistaken.

Dan-your absolutely right. You and I (and a couple of others) go way back on this place and as you and most of the regulars know we have gone to great lengths to keep this place off the radar both for our own selfish reasons and for the huge amount of respect we have for mgmt. For the newbies as a quick bit of backround we were asked to keep these 2 places off the board as much as possible and give a lot of the info B/C. For those who have not been visited there is a lot of capital tied up in both places as a legit and well run spas. The massages that we enjoy so much are 'to say it delicately' turned a blind eye to as long as it doesn't endanger or cause a problem to the business. Nuff said. I do ask and hope that those of you who are new will help to keep this possible and if info is needed do it b/c.
That being said...I have been going there for quite awhile and am a trusted client by mgmt and the receptionists. (not bragging but being a good and decent guy gets us noticed) Occasionally there has been an issue and when I have mentioned it...the problem has been take care of quickly and efficiently. After the massage the woman saw my $ 40 tip and said : " she only accepts $ 50 tips and no less" I said Ok and put the $ 40 back in my wallet and left the place never to return. HA HA

I found the place in NJ by plugging "Asian massage" in to my GPS search function around Somerset. Cozy, spotlessly clean place located in a smaller/ older apt and office complex. Well, it appears that I had the AMP fever of the last week or so and I even did a back to back session.

Dan - you picked up on my point exactly. It is a fine line keeping the place UTR as requested but then how do we reward the hard working ladies there that deserve our business vs the few (aka Nellie) that we feel shouldn't have our business. I thought long and hard before I wrote the post knowing it would generate some posts which I was trying to avoid but after having 2 sessions end the same way over a couple months apart and anecdotal evidence that it was common with her I decided to post. With limited visits during these economic times I want to make sure that those ladies who give the right service and don't try and get greedy by overestimating their worth or skills (ie the normal tip for a nice massage and an hour of time is/should be 60 which is generous and fair and not the 100 or plus that some are trying to get) end up with our business. Maybe this was the wrong way to do it but in my judgement it was the best.

I heard the owner was out of state so the place was run by her friend the frint desk "theif" who rulled with impunity. I really enjoyed nt ever going back.
If I went back i would be saying: " Please rip me off. I am here for the sole purpose of you givinmg me a porr massage for 1/2 the time I paid and not giving me the correct change at the front desk. Please continure treating me poorly. "
Luckily I listened to myself and never returned. I think there may have been a few nice woman there but it was not worth it. They think they have less business due to economy etc. The truth is I be the place could at least be twice as busiy by being nice to the customers and it wouldn't cost them any money to be polite.

I am away on a trip to NJ. The AMP lady I visited last night had an easy solution to both issues -- she let the phone ring, knowing that she'd be able to take the repeat call within the hour, and she posted a small sign on the door: "In Session, please come back in :30"
It is the same as when i get my haircut. I recently whent to to a Chain haircutting place where the woman who cuts my hair stopes every time to answer the phone or greet new customers and to handle the cash register. I think my hair cut suffered and will never return. The place could easiy hired a receptionist t handle the greeting and cash register.

I wonder if this forum could have a measurable impact on biz? Certainly ruling out the ladies that provide short service would be possible. There are some jewels at both locations who never short and provide good service.
Some of the ladies feel the show is over once you pop. This interferes with my occasional need for an ending first session. I like to get a decent massage afterwards.

I believe that this site as well as others like it and the back channel PM's that we exchange can either help or hinder a location or lady more than we may think. I know personally that Leeza is one who benefits from this information from a positive spin. When I talk to her she is always thankful for the referrals and actually likes the fact that we exchange info and referrals. Another UTR one that has benefited greatly is Rachael in NH as she is at the point where her steady clients are about all she needs. That is the positive aspect for them for the biz.
On the other hand, I won't return to several places based upon my own personal experiences as well as good intel that I get here from trusted members. When I see someone I respect say NO GO, I stay away. Thus if we all start saying NO GO or stay away , that could impact the business to some degree for sure.
My recent experience at Shangri La says no return for me and if there are any questions about impact on the business, over the last week, she has never had more than 1 or possibly 2 appointments on any given day.

After reading the report from Spaz I decided to give it a shot since it was close. Called and made the appointment. She asked if Iv'e been there before and I said no so she said call when I get there.I called from the parking lot and she said come up to the second floor. I disagree, respectfully. I have seen too many bad reviews on this site and many others for spas that still abound with business. While you may not visit after reading some good intel, there are way too many potential customers who never visit review sites, and some that do just decide, its close enough they will take a chance.
Just as people tipping too high or too low has never been proven to impact service fees, bad reviews will not always or lastingly impact their business. Unless those reviews are in the same location as their ad, they have little chance of making any impact.

It's ok to go to a place that has girls that give bad service. You just have to make sure you will only except the massage from the girl that you know does it right. I will try someone 2 times before I give up unless I hear bad thing here 1st. They might not trust you the 1st time, so sometimes it might take 2 visits. And if you get bad service give a bad tip and show them. If you still give a good tip why would they want to get any better.

Has anyone "ever" had a good experience there? Why would anyone return after first experience? 40+ ladies who are 5s in the looks department who rip you off? Provide service for less time than desired and a front desk lady who refuses to make change? I am thinking that the same whacky gene that makes us hobbyists has a masochistic component!
I heard the owner was out of state so the place was run by her friend the frint desk "theif" who rulled with impunity. I really enjoyed nt ever going back.
If I went back i would be saying: " Please rip me off. I am here for the sole purpose of you givinmg me a porr massage for 1/2 the time I paid and not giving me the correct change at the front desk. Please continure treating me poorly. "
Luckily I listened to myself and never returned. I think there may have been a few nice woman there but it was not worth it. They think they have less business due to economy etc. The truth is I be the place could at least be twice as busiy by being nice to the customers and it wouldn't cost them any money to be polite.

I went to Mandalla......I never gave it much thought because I am no market analysis of such establishments.
There may be a bunch of poor mates out there that lack the knowledge or intel of places like Mandela(don't you think of freedom and Nelson?) May be these get equated with the places in Cambridge from the glory days of the early 90's from "somewhere they read or heard" and decide to give a try because many are middle aged blokes like us looking for a little simple thrill in life but get short changed by these kind of places because they simply lack the guts to try an ad from either CL or the PHX?
It is funny, I have been to that place a few times. The first time I was in there I seriouslt TOFTT. I got some old chick that I swore used to be a man, which was confirmed later on when I posted on one of the popular boards.
I decided to go back because while I was there(maybe a year ago) I did see a couple of decent looking latin and american girls. I am not an Asian guy and decided to try it out. I called back and made an appointment to see one of the younger blondes that was working. She was very hands on and gave a pretty decent massage. On the first vist, she remained pretty coy and distant but divulged a lot about her wild and crazy side. I decided to give it another try and pretty much everything was on the menu. She gave a really good sensual massage, a lot of teasing and unbelievably sensual finish.

They've gone downhill steadily. I worked down the street from them between '91 and '94 and went there often. They had some nice younger gals back then and even the ladies that were older (40's) were quite accomadating. My, how times have changed. Even the lady at the desk was cool.

We should compile a list like we did before of the indy girls we all recommended like Natalie, Rea, Stunning Sarah etc.
To me looks like Spa be is a lot better and more reliable than ASome of the ladies assume your only after a pop because some of the clients bolt right after. A simple answer would be to have your watch or cell phone out and note the time she walks in. Look at the time and make a comment with a smile something to the effect of " well now till 1:30 I have the best massage theripist on the south shore all to myself". Some subtle little quip like that will get your point across and no doubt will do the trick. Ah, humor is a great defuser and an easy way to tip them off your expecting the time you pay for with getting harsh with a working girl trying to make a living.

While I don't think that the provider will lose all income, the big tips which come from us mongers will see an impact. It may not be huge, but it will be measurable.

Yes Salem St. is closed with a For Rent Sign on it. I was lucky enough to see Amy a month ago, before this place closed. She is really good. Her massage was great in that it wasn't so hard it felt like she was trying to rip your muscles, or too soft. I've answered the following craigslist ad three times before, and today was my fourth go around. It's basically FS for 160, no tip needed/expected. I feel like this is definitely the cheapest FS around, although I may be mistaken.
All four times I've gone it's been a different girl, and they've all told me the same thing: they are only around for a few weeks and then move on. I go back to Mandala every 6 months or so. I agree that the ladies are older (I think Annie is the only one under 40), expensive ($80 house fee, $60 tip for HE) and you don't go there expecting spinner eye candy. So why do I go? There are a few ladies who give an exceptionally relaxing massage, lots of teasing and build-up and then release. And they focus 100% on you. No phone call interruptions, no chatting with another provider during your massage, no half-assed one-handed massage while they check their nails because they are bored with giving 10 massages a day. I haven't seen Angel in over a year cause of the type of lame service I just described.
For those of us who aren't into FS, the massage and build-up is as important as the ending. I find that many of the AMPs will rush through the massage just to get to the HE, thinking that's what most guys want. At times, I would rather enjoy the entire experience, get a great massage and tease, and sacrifice a bit with the looks of the provider to ensure the entire positive experience. B can provide that type of service too but you are gonna pay for it (at least as much as Mandala) but some of the newer girls don't have great massage skills IMO. Anyway, just a perspective.

Went to WW this evening (Tuesday) - wanted a "sure thing" and wasn't disappointed with Lily's massage.
Unlinke last time, I called when I was right around the corner, to make sure I wasn't going to be told to come back later.
Everything was pretty typical of my past visits. I could tell that she may have been a little tired since it was nearing the end of the day, but her hard massage was still harder than most other providers.
Unlike PeeWee's lament, Lily follows a pretty strict routine, almost so much that I knew it by heart. And she covers all the muscle groups. Does a great job on the arms and legs, with one of the better short foot massages.
The only complaint this time was that the "hot towel" was more of a luke-warm towel at first, turning into a somewhat cool towel. And she really scrubs the oil off you - not a good thing with that scratchy towel. I know I have boasted on this site about being able to withstand the hardest and deepest of massages, but theres something about almost having my skin scraped off that just doesn't click with me.
Her tease while face down was pretty short, but once I flipped, the tease was really good. I'm in Boston for about a month..I noticed this discussion about relationship and I'm actually one of the posters a failed relaltionship and you can PM me for more it you lilke. Speaking from experience, you would think that I would have learned from one, but No, had to try it twice.
One AMP and one provider. Both were lots of fun, some fine wine, good dinners and crazy good sex in some really exciting places. But at some point, the sport sex stops and as others have said, the emotions take over. The non AMP, said the L word and it was Damn, I can't even go steady, I am married.
One could have caused problems and I lived looking over the shoulder for months and a couple years later, all is good.
Bottom line, if I was single and had nothing to lose, right back at it for sure. If you have something to risk, aka a spouse of significant other, there is way too much risk involved. Single, then go for it and enjoy.

It can be a catch 22. But there needs to be some kind of "model" to minimise risk/exposure for everyone and still keep productivity optimal for the Aamp situation. Some places just "pile" one after another. It will obviously get the neighbors attention.
"Grove" in Newton seemed like an ideal set up. Big enough complex and parking lot with room to be discrete. But that ran out.
I am trying not to get more skiddish these days to Aamp set ups these days.
The "call" usually does it for me. I am not much a hoop jumper anymore. But I undertand that some places still operate like "Dirty Harry running around SF"

My opinion is consistent with the other members, notwithstanding CH's qualified exception for the single client. The "white envelope" keeps everything "honest". I never barter or accept freebies. I have done favors for providers, but I always leave the envelope, and the favor isn't attached to any reciprocal favor.
I know a few providers that married their clients, and the marriages never lasted. Unless the client is self-destructive (Oh, never mind about that) or has a compelling need for emotional turmoil, why become involved in a relationship that is likely to fail?
I like to learn about providers' other experiences and what turns them on (if anything), but I am not certain that I would want to hear about my provider-girlfriend or wife's day-at-the-office. There is a difference between the emotions involved with having a familiar or "friendly" relationship with a provider and the emotions involved with having a "romantic" relationship with a provider. On the other hand, if some of us started paying our wives and/or girlfriends (LOL), maybe the sex would be existent/better/hotter and maybe we would have closer and more "honest" relationships. These woman do live crazy lives and I have learned to stay out of their problematic lives. I can read people well. i see the woman's beat up car that parks near the establishement. YOu can read her life. If she can get $ out of you she will. Not all providers have hidden adjendas but most do. The camera setup reminds me of some celebrety folks were where set up for $. I went to Lavender this week to check out the action in the post-Amy era. First, it turns out that she returned to China and therefore will not be back to Somerville. This is a shame because after only 3 visits she was on the fast track to becoming my all time fav AMP girl. She was pretty enough, knew how to provide a great massage--and, well, I digress {Sigh}

My regulars were booked today so I went with plan B. Had not been south in a while and I decided it was time for a return trip. Went to OS and nothing has changed. Ya know, I heard that once from the receptionist but never followed up on cost or whether they had a pass for 30 minute visits. It would tough for them to short on time. I would think you would only subtract a hamilton for the lack of a massage.

I do not track these ads, and I have no idea of the number and location of the AMPs involved. This is only a casual observation: I hope it is not misleading.

Went to Thai in Quincy on a fishing trip TOFT. Receptionist was a 10, absolutly smoking hot, I was thinking this is great. She lead me to a room and 2 minutes later "Joy" came in. This behavior looks to me like a reaction to a recent bust, but without further information, it is only speculation. I searched numerous news sources and cannot find any reports of a recent AMP arrest, but I have not confirmed my hypothesis with any providers.

As others have pointed out, we would be naive to think LEO does not already know what goes on.... but why risk rubbing his face in it?
