Unless there is a sign stating the price of a floor dance, dancers dance for tips and it is up to the girl if she wants to dance for you or will repeat. Ok, the going rate is $5 (I remember when it was $1 or $2, so ok I'm old) but some of the bars / girls are trying to get $10 per song post Covid. I accept the $5 going rate, and give $20 for two songs if the dance is really good, or $20 after 3 songs if not so good, and stick to the $5 per song for a bad or nothing special dance. Point is, it is up to me to determine whether I want to tip more, and I'm not willing to pay $10 for that nothing special dance. I was in a popular club this past weekend that I've been going to for years, and know well that the going rate there is still $5. So I get 3 mediocre dances and slip the girl a $20. She then says it is $10 per song and of course I object. She then asks the bar maid to intercede but the bar maid played it cool and was noncommittal, not wanting to offend either one of us. The dancer then says, well that was 5 songs when I knew damn well that it was only 3 (and so did the guy sitting next to me). I told her to get lost and she did. Like in a restaurant, tips are based on the service provided and as such should encourage good service. I will tip more when the service warrants it, but will decline the $10 dances unless I already familiar with the dancer and her talents.

I only tip $5. To get a $10 tip you better go above and beyond with a lot of stick shifting and a little two way. Some of these girls are crazy thinking they deserve $10 for less the a 4 minute song.
Some of the clubs have been dead. I'm hoping that DeWine cutting the unemployment bonus will help pick things up.

So I've heard a rumor that jens is going to close. I've seen some of there longer termed dancers at other bars. It certainly hasn't been busy there lately and the girl quality has gone way down. This is my report of my night out Thursday July 8 in Akron. This was my first time out to any strip clubs since pre-covid.
First I went to Lucky Corner around 10 pm. Parking lot and the bar were about ¾ full. Bought my drink and sat in a stool against the back wall next to the "stage". For those who have never been in it's a stage that cannot be any bigger than a 3 foot x 3 foot platform with a pole in the middle that I've never seen anyone use. It actually looks very dangerous as it would be very easy to fall off. Once I sat down I looked around and only saw two girls working. Both AA's, one on the far side of the bar that I couldn't see well was dancing for a customer, from what I could see she looked to be in decent shape, maybe early 30's. The other girl dancing for a guy very near me was a sight! Jesus Christ she had to be pushing 300 pounds (no exaggeration). I'm in the backside of my mid 40's and I've gone to Akron area strip clubs off and on since the early 90's but this was the biggest dancer I have ever seen, by far! I have relatively low standards but this fell well below anything I'd ever consider. I sat around for about 5 minutes to see if any other girls might appear from the back, none did so I took one more sip of my $3 bud light and I left.
Next up was Lusty Adventures. Only a few customers in the bar area and a few people in the pool table room. That made Christina snap, she all but ran over, gave a hefty shove and knocked the Sassy look-a-like to ground causing her head to hit the flood hard. Christina then yelled at her some more as she stood over her. The Sassy look-a-like than just cried loudly and then the bouncer got between them to end it (or so I assume). I had enough and got the hell out. Back in Ohio for the week after traveling so I Stopped in Monday around 4 to see what's going on. Went out about 6. Then met up w a friend and bounced around so no extras this time.
Lusty- all similar worn out faces I'd seen before. Walked in walked around and left.
Gspot- the highlight of the night, but still only slightly above average. About 5 girls when I was there. 3 black girls, 2 white. The 2 white girls are the most interesting one was Denielle that used to work at Ogd. I've tried to get dances from her for years but I always seem to arrive right before she leaves. It was pretty underwhelming for what's supposedly the best strip club in Akron. I may stop by tomorrow at lunch time to see how the lunch crowd is though, I'll report back.

I decided to waste money and visit a few clubs the past 2 days.
My first stop was Hush mid afternoon. There were probably 5 dudes and 3 dancers. As usual the dancers were more preoccupied with their dab pens than actually making money. $4 for a domestic isn't terrible so I had a few beers and got a few dances. Nothing special to report from that. It's as hands offish as Hustlers or Christie's in Cleveland. On a funny note one dude looked young as hell (and that's coming from me being in my 20's) but I guess he's a friend with a few of of thr staff and is actually older than me. I did get a girls snap there though, not even for OTC she just wanted to hang out after her shift, so it wasn't a complete bust.
My 2nd stop Monday was Gatsbys, which I've never been to before. The bar was full and there was a single dancer that was preoccupied with instagram. I had a few beers and left.
Today I stopped by gatsbys just after they opened on my lunch break. There was 4-5 girls working and they were actively offering dances. I had a few beers, got a few dances at the bar and left. Arrived at about 2:30 -- only a half-dozen cars in the parking lot. The interior has been described multiple times before -- the "original" VIP closet seemed to be back "open for business". I wasn't really interested in drinking as I still had a drive to make and didn't have any pressure to buy a drink when the bartender returned.
There were 6 dancers; a tall brown-haired dancer with a very nice body was draped all over a patron at the bar, a couple of blondes (a shorter heavier one and a taller less heavy one), and a couple of other younger, non-descript dark haired ones who were outside when I entered. So, I've been to low end Akron at OGD and thought I'd try some place new. In my opinion Lusty's is way lower end than OGD. The building outside in mid-afternoon looks fairly run down. When you get inside, you know for sure it's run down. The physical lay out has been described multiple times but briefly you enter from the street into a large rectangular room. The bar takes up 3/4 ths of the right side. There is a tiny (what looks like a) stage on the left side near the front. There are a few small tables with two chairs next to the left wall. Adjacent to this room is another similar sized room with an old pool table and another large table upon which it appears the dancers leave their "stuff" (including food detritus and other unidentifiable scary stuff). Past this table is the entrance to the men's room that has no door and the room itself is downright frightening; I would totally recommend no one go in there if you can possibly help it.
No cover charge at the time of day I arrived. Other reviewers have stated the beer is $2. 50. I paid $3. 00 for a bottle of water (it was "Icelandic" but still. . .) There were 4-5 customers nursing beers, the TV was on. Occasionally someone would put music on but the entire place was dead. Most of the dancers were older, not great bodies or faces, and were pretty low energy. There was one younger (late 20's) blonde spinner that I thought I might try to get to know but got CBed by a dark haired also younger (late 20's) dancer who was obviously pregnant and she introduced herself as "Unique, with a "you". She was extremely aggressive in wanting to take me back to VIP. She was actually quite cute and so I agreed. The VIP is down about four stairs to an small room with a couch / love seat that has seen better days.
I said she was cute — that was her looks. Unfortunately, I erred in not spending more time getting to know her in the main room. Last night I headed up to Lusty's and had the Unique experience as well, never again but I blew my load and got my first taste of the low-end joints. I got a few bar dances from a taller black lady who went by the name of "Twyla", who was nice to me and the bartender played a song by Rush as well, when I mentioned that I liked progressive rock, in an earlier conversation with Twyla. Unique or Sassy, is on a downward trajectory and wanted me to add her on my cellphone plan. So, in the last of my low end Akron visits, I stopped in at the G-spot. Large parking area. Entrance from the parking lot opens into a large room in which there are pool tables and across the room is the large bar. There was no cover and over the bar, there was a sign that stated there was a 2 drink and 2 dance minimum -- but no one seemed to be enforcing that and since I had a long drive, I didn't buy a drink. There were 6-10 dancers there in various lingerie / revealing types of dress but there was no one dancing, per se. There is a very small stage with a pole but it certainly wasn't used while I was there Compared to OGD and Lusty's, all of these girls were younger and in general more attractive. They have an adjacent outdoor deck where I believe the smokers are supposed to go but there were definitely patrons and dancers smoking inside the club. There is also an entrance from the street that comes in at the bar and near that small, unused stage. In the pool table room, there were some booths with dark red velvet curtains but I guess they are no longer in use -- the VIP is in a small room with a closed door that is essentially on the far left side of the bar.
There were a few dancers giving floor dances to some of the patrons, others were just sitting at the bar or playing pool. A pretty dark-haired girl went into the VIP with a very young man for a dance. After one dance, they came out and he immediately left so I took that as a good sign. I made eye contact with her and she came over to chat. Her name was Harley (like the bike) and she said that VIP was $20 per song. She was very upfront with me stating that she would disrobe more for me in VIP but that she didn't do anything else -- she did say that some of the other girls will do more. But since she was chatting with me and was the most appealing one to me, I decided to get some table dancers from her. Pretty nice grind and free hand roaming in the northern hemisphere. She did three dances and I gave her $20. She then left to go play "softball".
So I never did go into the VIP as none of the other dancers did anything for me. On the whole, however, this was physically and pretty nice bar -- the bathroom is much better than either of the bathrooms at OGD or Lusty's. I enjoyed Harley's dances and had a nice time.

I'm at Lusty's. A decent enough dancer comes over and interacts with me (when I say "decent enough," I mean that I can get hard and enjoy myself despite looks that are faaaaar from ideal).
I've been at Lusty's twice before and know that private dances are $20/ each. I take this dancer / ***** to the private area. I get two songs from her and it's damn enjoyable. Nothing beyond my expectations and nothing short of my expectations. Simply, middle of the road private dance and I'm not complaining whatsoever.
After the dances I go to settle up. Two songs is $40 bucks, plus I have a finsky four-pack ($20) for a tip. The dancer says, "no, that was 3 songs. " I know that it wasn't three songs, but how would I prove it? I go along with her silly three-not-two-songs claim. Stupid me. Next the dancer asks, "will you pay the bartender?" Pay the bartender? That seems like a strange request, but whatever. I say, "sure, I'll pay the bartender, just hand me back the money so that I can pay her. " NOPE! The dancer actually wants me to pay the house / bartender fee of $5/ song. Today / Now I'm angry with this, but in the moment of regaining my senses and not wanting to be a dickhead, I said, Um, Okay, I'll pay the bartender. Bad move, fellas!
Long story short, I got about six minutes of private dancing (not really private as the private-dance area is behind a curtain / screen thingy). I paid $40 for two legit songs, I tipped $20 legit, then I paid another $20 for a third "phantom" song that I never heard, and finally I paid the bartender $5/ song ($15 bucks total) for a total of $95 bucks for about 6 minutes of action. Dudes, don't be me!

Alot of the girls who work at the more upscale places like Hush and Gatabys North frequent the bars and clubs downtown on their off days. I work in CFalls and usually hit up up City Limits in Canton on my way home (live down there). While I was waiting to hear from the girls there I got off the highway and looked what was local. I hit up G spot last Monday around 6 pm since I haven't been there before. The beer was cheap but the talent was all older / fat girls when I initially showed up. I did catch a taller AA dancer at the start of her shift and headed to the VIP, which isn't much more than a closet. Once inside she danced for a song the immediately got to buisness. It ended up being a bill and a half for the songs and head.
She was good enough looking to work at Hush, which ironically was where I headed next.
I arrived at Hush around 7, and the cover charge lady wasn't there so I just walked in. There were 4 dancers there but only half of them were actively trying to make money. I only stayed for 1 beer since I was picking up someone who works there that I know from the (regular) club that I work at.
Alot of the girls who work at the more upscale places like Hush and Gatabys North frequent the bars and clubs downtown on their off days. Without docking myself too much I work at a club that like 4-6 of them frequent. They're also absolute freaks so if you're in their age bracket you can probably take them home with no charge.

You have to hold your ground.

What can I say other than this place is an absolute joke. Is there anything nice I can say about this place? No.
First it was dirty, and by dirty I mean the flies were everywhere. I should of left at this sign, but as usual I wasn't thinking with the right head. So I decided to head up to Akron, first to OGD and then to Lusty's for a bit. Taylor was tending bar at OGD and there were no girls, so I finished my beer, talked to her about music since we have some similar tastes, then headed on down the road to Lusty's.
Good news, Sasha or Unique, got fired for ripping off customers, according to a very drunk Betty. This is why she is probably at City Limit's, a very seedy club in a bad part of town. GSpot: Used to be ok during the day, but has really gone down hill. Dealers there during day shift now, owner looks the other way. Don't even try it at night.
