Just the crazy on-line advertising presence of Tokyo and Orange is enough to make me avoid them. They are definitely going to get busted and I don't want to be there when it happens. It's just a matter of when (not if) it happens.Spas, or houses of ill repute, rarely get busted. It's at the bottom of the list forbCPD, or the sheriff's office.
