So, I should have written this earlier, but between the details fading and the site's intermittent connectivity issues, I'll just post the highlights.

I think it might be her. It looks like two bad reviews in a week, and the way the OP described the manager's reaction leads me to believe he's had to deal with complaints about her in the past.
