In terms of looks and face, I would say that Rita is pretty average. YMMV, but I may have had one of the best, if not best sessions of the year.

I did text back, not in an angry tone but in an assertive manner. Told them it was disappointing and wanted them to be aware of it happening. I would have given the feedback to Yoyo directly but I didn't have that option. Whoever was answering was apologetic and asked for the chance to make it up to me and I'll follow up this week maybe with Nikki.
