The gym is closed on sundays which I feel is the best time to go there but if you're going there any other day you run the risk of blowing up the spot. Members from that gym tend to do workouts / warm ups right outside the gym doors so there's nothing discrete about entering / leaving the MP. The gym goers will sometimes wait in their car in front of the MP.
