As I mentioned earlier, an expensive L1 here really isn't worth it to me. But I was in the area and decided to ask for other offerings. She responded and I told her I'm not interested in L1 so she asked what I want. I let her know L3/ FS. She asked for my price. I said 160, she said 200, I said sure. 200 all in is fairly standard rate (assuming 40 to house and 160 for CFS). Hopped in, let her know I'm not looking for a massage, and got right to business.
