I will say that SA is pretty damn straight-edge and has very strict limits. Not that you won't get support, and it's probably a great place to start, but they have very strict guidelines that can just make it feel like you aren't making progress.

SAA is a little less restrictive and some folks have better luck there. Saa-recovery. Org.

If you look for a therapist, the "CSAT" certification is one to look for.

Again, I can't decide for you, but it seems like you might need a change. There is no long term plan with SW, it's paid fantasy and suspension of disbelief. Haha, that can be fun, but it isn't real and it can definitely get in the way of things that are real.
