Both girls are cute, definitely would approach at a bar, but they're not stunners by any standard. But because DC is "Hollywood for Ugly People", these girls are the ones with astronomically high rates. In New York or Miami they'd be average at best.

I would never up front before they arrive. I have paid against better judgement when we got to the room. Never got scammed that way but more times than not I was disappointed with how they looked undressed, performance and just pretty much handling money up front gets me out of the mood
