I haven't visited this one in a few years but from what I can remember they are pretty strict. I don't think your friend would have anything to worry about with LEO. I don't even remember getting a happy ending when I visited.

Went by this morning, some guy was at the desk. I paid for an hour and he showed me to the room. After about 5 minutes, he came back to the room and said get undressed and lie face down. He acted as if he was going to give me a massage. I asked where he woman was, he said "she busy, I give massage" I was like bullshit give me my money back. He did refund my money. It was about 10 am.

You have to play the game to get to level 3. Just straight up ask once the massage is getting close to winding down. Most of the providers know the deal but it look or act like a cop then all bets are off.

Stopped by Sunday afternoon and was told to come back in 30 minutes as they were busy. Three vehicles in the parking lot by them. Had to bounce so didn't partake but they definitely were open 2 days ago.
