To summarize, the agency owner run into the situation when new clients would book time with a girl and then don't show up, hence deposit for new clients. It also serves as a good additional screening tool because for LE to be allowed to pay the deposit to an escort agency is a very complicated process. The agency is very reputable, reliable and reasonable at least with prices that we have here in Boston. Again, don't trust me, look through the section that I link to above. The owner lives very far in the country where prostitution is legal and visits US rarely. One little insider caveat however, she used to be friends with one of the Chicago's agency owners and that kind of fell through.
