Fair points. I'm not saying the Bronx is empty or that you can't still find sub-100 sessions. They definitely exist. My point was about the overall market shift, not that the old scene completely vanished.

Minimum wage increases, inflation, and post-pandemic economics changed the baseline expectations for most providers. And because NYC is so easy to move around in, anyone who can charge more just relocates to another borough. So the Bronx still has options, but they aren't the dominant price tier the way they used to be.

If someone wants to put in the time, of course they can still find deals. That part hasn't changed. What has changed is the proportion and the turnover. That's all I was getting at.
