Gentlemen considering we don't have a UTR thread and our forum is rather quiet comparatively speaking I thought I would pass along an excellent experience that I had in Orlando this morning. Like many of you I take a look at the other cities occasionally and came across quite a few posts regarding a UTR from Orlando that basically had nothing but stellar reviews. If you read the affidavits, it's amazing what these cops are able to get away with. Also it hasn't slowed biz down at all, I went in the grail not long ago to check out who was there, and one had a handful of my package in the hallway before I could even ask to see a lineup.

Will Mu get off? Probably. But nonetheless, the cop said she made a motion and indicates she would take a tip. No actual exchange of money or services occured. In a case of she vs he said, the cop may prevail, but the state's attorney will quickly drop the charge if she has other than a public defender. The pay-back isn't there. But the message is out. A nd in Polk Co it's all about the message.
