Any feedback on Carina AP?

Having visited multiple C-orgs, most if not all of the places looks / feels a bit dirty. From unkempt floors in some to dirty bathrooms / tubs in nearly all of them. I get that with customers day in and day out, it can be hard to fight mildew in the shower with the constant moisture, but seeing the dirty facilities does not help set the mood for the festivities to come. Are K-orgs better in this regard? Are they usually located in an apartment / high-rise? I have been reluctant to get into K-orgs because of the screening requirements.

K apartments are always immaculate.

Saw Ray from AP today. She was here under different name earlier this year and she is one of my favorites of all time (AMP, KA, AP all combined).

K-orgs have always been clean and tidy. Never been to a C.

No idea but the photoshop is strong with this one. With no link to reviews and such heavy and bad filtering on the pics, you might find a TOFTT situation when you arrive.
