Does not look legit. Usually, a legit provider is concerned about her own security and would not put down things like "bare" in her services. That is a sure shot way to get 1000's of unwanted texts and puts the provider at risk (as well) - so someone legit would be more discreet in the wording / phrasing. You can imply additional services without outright listing it. This looks like someone trying to collect your deposit and then block the number. Old trick.

I ended up pursuing different things that day, but I will say that a TER report stated that the pictures were not accurate, so I am thinking that you will meet someone, but it won't be who you see in the photos.
