Really? From my knowledge if you get it sealed only government agencies can see the misdemeanor on your records.

Clock watcher, lots of rules, and kinda expensive for how little is offered. There's better options out there imo.

I let the little head do the thinking for me and I got taken downtown. It was the first time I was ever arrested. Yes, I was able to get my records sealed after I did what the judge sentenced me to. I passed a couple of background checks after my records were sealed, and it's been all good ever since.

Oh, and BTW, that BS people tell you about a decoy not walking far from one spot is BS. I saw her and I wasn't looking that night. I drove a mile down the road when Mr. Happy just wouldn't stop with my desire for her, she was exactly my type. I turned around and drove back. I found her. I believe you are referring to Pre Trial Diversion, idea is they drop the charge if you complete a round of community service and pay fines, maybe do some STD and drug screens. As for expungement you'd want to talk to a lawyer ASAP to get the ball rolling on getting any public records sealed. Best of luck.
