Those that expect to see true HYA may be dissapointed. Yes, she's young 2 (25 and under) but she is CYA and has braces. Does not work out so her age is the only thing keeping her from getting chubby as she's already a bit loose in some areas.

There are several HYA who are getting evaluated, but it is not always an easy call. Last year there were even a handful of body over face HYA for example, or borderline HYA that are up to taste. To be clear there are very few clear-cut HYA, maybe just 10%. Whereas in my book it's 15% or even 20% "with caveats" - I will warn the pros and cons for the borderline cases, but I wonder if the warnings are enough.
