Welcome and unless you're staying at Resorts World or Circus Circus, nothing walking distance. There's always an option to get a massage girl to your room, really depends how much you're willing to pay and the level of service. There's TONS of AMPs in Vegas so definitely do your research but your best bet is to Uber to one.

And if you're Ubering to one (make sure you're not being dropped off right at the AMP) as some do kickbacks to Cab or Uber drivers and you'll be the one end up paying extra.
