I have not been to the clubs in Detroit in many years. I had no idea you could get full service in the VIP rooms. I have read many of the posts on here and everyone is saying rates are average or respectable. So don't go to detroit proper for clubs, go to inkster, dearborn, southgate (Subi's) or romulus (Landing Strip). From low to high (depends on girl though) Henry the 8th (HVIII / Hank's) / Bogart's (Bogie's), Silver Criket (SC), BT's / Subi's, Flight Club (FC)/ Landing Strip (LS).

I'd say depending upon what you want, it can be as low as $80-$100. Average price will be $1. 50-$2. 00 to $4. 00-5. 00 at the higher end clubs. For BBFSCIP it will be difficult but not impossible, just ask the girl do they do that (most will say no, some will upcharge, skip those imo).
